Hi there! Thank you so much for your fantastic review. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that, after many years of staying in holiday lets in Keswick, Mountain View is the best you’ve stayed in — that’s incredibly high praise. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the central location, and having your favourite restaurant right downstairs sounds like the perfect bonus! [Emoji Removed] We’re also pleased to hear the apartment lived up to expectations in terms of presentation and equipment. We know how frustrating it can be when self-catering properties are lacking the basics, so it’s lovely to hear the kitchen had everything you needed and more. Thank you as well for mentioning the entrance door latch. We’re glad you contacted us and that we were able to get someone out promptly to sort it for you. As a small, local team, we always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible so guests can get back to enjoying their holiday. And we completely agree about the stairs — those half landings definitely make the climb a little easier after a day out on the fells! [Emoji Removed] Thank you again for your kind words. We’re thrilled you loved your stay and that you would very happily book Mountain View again. We’d be absolutely delighted to welcome you back in the future. Best wishes, Keswick Cottages [Emoji Removed]?
