The Neighborhood:

The home is tucked off the main route to the Witterings but set back from the road, so traffic noise is minimal. The setting is secluded but very easy to reach local villages and amenities. The local country pub is a 5/10 minute walk along the road.



You can easily drive to all these places from the house.

Getting Around:

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. With electric entry gates vehicle are secure, and the ample driveway offers plenty of room for parking.



Other Things to Note:

The pool is shallow. No diving is allowed. The pool opens mid-late May (weather dependent) and closed end of September.



The home has a roof terrace that is not in use.



There are external security cameras at this property.
