Perched atop a breathtaking hill, gazing over the Orchardleigh estate and Vallis Vale valley, this locale beckons as the ultimate retreat. The barn itself is a haven of comfort and space, a serene cocoon to unwind within. As a delightful touch, 2 breakfast baskets await to pamper your mornings.

The complex is divided into two barns, each accessed through their own entrances, ensuring complete segregation. Each barn spans 800 square feet, thus collectively presenting a unified expanse of 1600 square feet, all situated on a single level. These dwellings bear remarkable similarities, differing only in select furnishings. Boasting 2 bedrooms apiece, accommodating 4 each, for a cumulative total of 8. Moreover, the offerings are doubly delightful with 2 Gas BBQs, 2 Pizza ovens, and 2 fire pits to elevate the outdoor experience.

This single-level haven positions bedrooms adjoining the living area, where the master suite enjoys an ensuite advantage in each. A second bedroom features its own shower room and restroom off each living room. See the floor plan in the photos for clarity.

The capacious kitchen/diner beckons for coffee chats, quiet reading, and culinary exploits guided by Deliciously Ella's cookbook. Modern appliances grace the kitchen, complemented by a breakfast hamper upon check-in in each barn. It works well to have Moss barn the more kiddy-focused barn, with its nearby toy selection.

The Master Bedroom in each barns boasts a king-size (150cm wide) bed, adorned with a plush mattress topper and down pillows—an invitation to snugly comfort in this charming country escape. Each ensuite has a roll top bath to luxuriate into (with only Fern barn having the brass bath), with soothing downlit LEDs for maximum ambience.

The second bedroom in each barn hosts two 90cm single beds, accented with feather duvets and pillows, catering adeptly to companions or youngsters. Uniquely, they seamlessly transform into a super king (180cm wide) bed if desired.

The barns stands as a hub of entertainment, thoughtfully furnished with an array of amenities to delight guests in both barns. 2 x Marshall Acton II Speakers promises to envelop the space in rich sound. An Amazon Firestick stands ready for cozy evenings, offering access to streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, NOW TV, and Disney+, ensuring a plethora of viewing options. For those inclined towards traditional recreation, an assortment of board games awaits, accompanied by a well-stocked whisky station (we serve a bourbon sour mash), catering to refined tastes.

Notably, the barn caters to guests of all ages with a dedicated kid's area, ingeniously designed to captivate your little ones. Grapat & Grimms open-ended toys form the centerpiece of this space, accommodating a diverse range of ages and buying you that much-needed time to yourself.

Adding to the culinary delights, a new gas BBQ and a Pizza Oven have been thoughtfully installed, enhancing the outdoor culinary experience. Other things to note:
Please note that the barn complex forms part of an even larger complex of buildings, including two neighbours and ourselves, the hosts, who are 50 yards away. The barn is not visible from the road when you enter, you have to come up the drive of the main house. Additionally, you can see and hear the road from the garden, its usually pretty quiet but 8am/5pm can be more noticeable.

Please note re the brass bath, we provide Brass friendly shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and Bramley bubble bath. Please do not use your own products as they might erode the lacquer and discolour it, thanks.
