We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Small two-room apartment free on 4 sides, surrounded by greenery, within a private property shared with the owner. It consists of a living room / kitchen with a single bed; triple bedroom (double + single bed) and bathroom with shower. On the front there is an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining. Parking space inside the property.

Services inside the apartment:
- gas fires; TV; refrigerator with freezer; air conditioning in the bedroom and living room

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- the rental must be for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years of age
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30.00 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
