Nuestra casa es un dúplex y este es el lado izquierdo. (Consulte el Listado # 709926 si necesita alquilar toda la casa para acomodar a una multitud más grande). Estamos en una ubicación fabulosa. Es un 2 BR - Un BR tiene una reina y el otro un gemelo y doble. Bañera / ducha completa arriba. En el piso principal del LR hay un Queen extraíble con un colchón de gel de ensueño. Completamente abastecido comer en la cocina para 6-8 y 1/2 baño. Tranquilo patio trasero con parrilla y pequeña fogata. Bodega - lavadora y secadora. Mucho espacio de estacionamiento en la calle. Camine 1/2 milla hasta la playa familiar o 1/2 milla hasta las tiendas, restaurantes y vida nocturna de Main Street. Un poco más de una milla y puede estar en los muelles saltando en un bote a Nantucket o Martha's Vineyard o un espectáculo fabuloso en la tienda Melody.

Great Escape

Such a great central location. We did many day trips and being in Hyannis made everything easily accessible. Also a great location between the beach and Main Street. Patti is the ultimate hostess! Very responsive and informative!

Perfect location and great hosts

Half mile walk on wide sidewalks to Keyes Memorial beach. Great restaurant at the other end of the street (also about 1/3 mile i think?). Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to SO many restaurants and shops on Main St. Comfy mattresses and sheets. Beautiful peonies out front. Ample parking in driveway for two cars. Fabulous communication by owners. Would stay again.

Everything we needed for a relaxed beach vacation

We live in an area where you have to drive to get anywhere so this location worked great for us. On low key days we could access local beaches and when we were feeling adventurous we could venture out to the national seashore. The beach cart on property was so useful to have access to, especially with 3 young children to pack for.

The property was exactly as explained: Beds were very comfortable. 1 & 1/2 bathrooms was a plus for 4 people. Living area and kitchen/table comfortable for 4 people. Nice backyard with table and chairs and sun umbrella a plus. Off-street parking for two vehicles. Owner sent suggestions for activities in Hyannis during our stay.

Central location

Great central location in Hyannis. Easy half mile walk to both the beach and main street for shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week. At times the neighborhood was a little loud but overall did not impact our stay. Our trip was half vacation and half dance competition at the Hyannis Resort and Conference Center which also is only about half a mile away and the house was the perfect respite from the busyness of the competition. yet easy to go back and forth when needed.

Awesome place

The house is simple and awesome. 5 min walk to beach and the Main Street. Only down side was the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, but hi we were on vacation and it’s nice to switch off from the outside world for a while. The owners were great

Cozy, Comfortable and Amazing location

The house is not fancy kind but cozy and comfortable, having everything you need, just like home. Hair dryer, plenty of clean towels, wash clothes, blankets, throws....Kitchen has enough supplies but we ended up not using any. the three beds are all very comfortable, bedrooms are quiet, curtains are uv blocking, hence bedrooms keep night and dark if you want to sleep late. It is a town house but we couldn't hear any noise at all from the other side. There are also plenty of toys/board games in the tv cabinet to entertain bored children. Owner Patti is very kind and responsive, just like an old friend! She helped us fix the shower water temp right away! on top of everything, the location of the property is gold!!! Easy stroll to downtown area with restaurants, stores, icecream... easy stroll to a few quiet beaches... for a family with young children need variety of things to do, this works perfectly! Highly recommend and will look forward to come back again!

Better than the pictures!

The place was so clean. I was worried because there weren't bathroom pictures but they are both clean as whistles. Never worried about cleanliness. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the beach and main st. Would love to come back and enjoy Hyannis more with family to use the kitchen, grill, and fire pit next time.

Hyannis Vacation

Owners were very accessible and respond quickly to any questions or problems. We found the property exactly as described and distance to both Downtown Hyannis and local beach easy walking. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Second time stay!

My husband and I wanted to bring my Mom “Home” to the Cape to visit family. We had stayed in this home a few years ago. The owners are great, respond quickly and are helpful. It was nice to be familiar with this Home away from home. We walked to the Beach and drove up to walk up and down Main St. we have family that live 5 minutes away. Happy to be back!

Great property

Great house close to downtown and the harbor. All within a 15 minute walk. Check in was easy. The house had everything we needed, including sheets and towels. AC in the living room and both bedrooms was nice. Even has a back yard area.

Comfortable and convenient location

Beds were so comfortable and nice selection of pillows. Loved that condiments and storage bags paper towels were provided. I enjoyed the walk to the beach. Our hosts were great communicators with helpful suggestions. Would definitely book again.😊

Overall great stay. The house was close to the beach and the town center. The house did have a mildew or water smell to it but we were not in the house very much so it was not a big deal. Overall good.

Homely in Hyannis

Patti and Chris made it so easy. We were there for three weeks. It’s a lively neighborhood near beaches and Main St. Hyannis. The little market near by is convenient and Sea St is quaint with street lamps and old cemetery. The beds were comfy and the laundry enormous for towels, etc. Everything you need for the beach with mats, chairs, etc. fire pit out back is nice too. I highly recommend this stay.

Hyannis vacation

We had a very good experience with our stay at the property. House is conveniently located within walking distance to beaches. Hosts Patricia and Chris are very helpful and accommodating, easy communicate to. Overall great stay for a week vacation.

Amazing Cape location

Patti was super helpful every step of the way. Due to COVID and restrictions we had lots of questions and Patti always responded quickly. When we arrived the home was perfectly clean. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of space. The location was great. Close to the beaches and main street and the harbor. Everything about this vacation rental was perfect I could not find one compliant.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean & comfortable and was perfect for vacationing with extended family. The location was ideal, we went out for walks every day, either to the beach, harbor or to Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We are college sweethearts that met In Miami at school but are New Englander's through and through. Chris is from CT so we settled there after college. We both grew up with the love of the beach and ocean, and living in CT 2 hours away from the beach was always a challenge. Patti grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Another brother also moved to the Cape. It only made sense to look there, now that our three children are on their own. We live in the country with no amenities, so we wanted the convenience of walking everywhere and we lucked out.

We love being close to everything! Bring a few groceries and never use your car. Forget something? A convenience store is 3 houses away. Hyannis is the hub of Cape Cod where there is so much to do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love walking everywhere and not having to worry about parking and traffic. Downtown Hyannis is just full of life to get caught up in. The surrounding villages all have their own charm and worth exploring if you want to drive around. Cape Cod is busiest in the summer, but plenty to do year round.
