Detached cottage set with lovely views over surrounding farmland.. 3 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate and fireguard (available on request). Welcome pack. . Enclosed rear garden with patio, sitting out area and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden.. This detached, newly refurbished in 2021 cottage takes in the most incredible views over the surrounding farmland and down the valley beyond, it is a wonderful location for walkers, with Offa’s Dyke long distance footpath nearby and Lake Vyrnwy and The Berwyns. Nearby are the towns of Welshpool, Oswestry and the historic town of Shrewsbury which has a large array of attractions just a short drive from the property. The historic city of Chester and the market town of Shrewsbury are both under an hour’s drive, and offer a wide selection of bars, shops, and restaurants. Snowdonia National Park is also easily accessible. After a long day enjoying all the area has to offer, there is a wonderful, decked area which to relax overlooking the neighbouring farmland.
The cottage is detached and there is a driveway to the side of the property with an enclosed car port. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining table, a snug with comfortable seating-perfect for relaxing with a book, living room with a wood burner, comfortable seating and a Smart TV, and a separate toilet. On the first Floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms and a shower room. Outside in the gardens there is a large, decked area with private garden furniture to take in the surrounding views.
