We enjoyed our stay, everything was within walking distance. Contact with Josua was delightful. Only thing, as Canadians, ....we missed having a toaster in the mornings. But that was us!

It is a spacious apartment, clean, well equipped, and close to old city but far from the crowds. Great place if you would want to stay on Zadar for a few days or a month

Ole was so friendly. We loved having him in our apartment. He left the apartment clean. He also respected all the rules. We would live to host him again.

Charlie was an amazing guest. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very friendly. We would definitly love to host them again in any of our properties.

Special place!

I recommend this apartment's host. He's a very positive person, and he'll answer any questions regarding check-in. Check-in was very easy thanks to the instructions provided by the owner! The location is convenient for Zadar's old town. I highly recommend it!

Great! Would stay again with some minor updates.

The location is the best for the price! It's not in the heart of the old town, but very close by, within a comfortable walking distance. There's a lot of cafeterias and bakeries, and Tommy supermarket grocery store. The rooms are spacious. Another best thing is - two toilets! The windows didn't let any outdoor noise in. The apartment was very clean.

Not what we hoped for. The communication with the host was terrible. I messaged 2 days before arriving and again when we landed in Croatia, with no response. Finally we had to call the host to get check-in details.The apartment was clean, but that would be the only highlight. The building entry was not appealing, graffiti and hallway was dirty. The bed sheets were scratchy, not comfortable. We had difficulty locking the door. The shower curtain was not effective, we had alot of water outside of the shower even with our best attempts to prevent.

Special place!

The description was not accurate. We were told it was on the first floor and we had four flights of stairs to climb. The unit was lovely.

Shar did not follow check-in instructions or look the address we sent through Google maps so they enetered the wrong building. Google maps show address correctly and street view shows the building entry door. Did not contact us directly but asked someone else from Croatia to call us. So it was back and forward calls for an hour with people that are nit our guests. This is a self check-in apartment because the owners do not live here and this all ended up with owner coming in the evening to locate them. This never happend because the address and the building are very easy to locate and our instructions are clear and simple. On the departure day they refused to check-out at the check-out time which is clearly written here so we had to pay cleaning service 2 extra hours. Definitly guests we would not host again and we would not recommend them to others.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L'appartement était parfait : confortable, très bien équipé et idéalement situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre visite. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette adresse. Merci encore pour tout !

Cudowna lokalizacja- blisko stare miasto, marker, plaża. Wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Apartament bardzo czysty i zadbany. Na miejscu wszystko co potrzeba do spędzenia miłego urlopu.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Location is perfect. The kitchen and bathroom could use some touch ups, especially the kitchen has been worn down a bit. Apart from that a good, well-equipped apartment with good value-for-money.

Прекрасно расположенные апартаменты с двумя отдельными комнатами и большой гостиной с обеденным столом кухня находится тоже как бы отдельно между кухней и столовой есть два прохода и окошко. В кухне большое количество посуды, имеется посудомоечная машина, Кофемашина, чайник, и много необходимой для приготовления пищи посуды. Заселение самостоятельное, инструкции по заселению подробные, никаких проблем не было. Нам разрешили остаться немного дольше. В квартире есть кондиционер, который работает не только на охлаждение, но и на тепло. Достаточное количество постельного белья, а также моющих принадлежностей. Фен, стиральная машина.

Zadar ist eine tolle, vielfälltige Stadt mit noch mehr Möglichkeiten seine Freizeit zu verbringen.

Die Lage ist einwandfrei. Alles ist bequem Fußläufig erreichbar: Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei, Imbiss und Cafes. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten locker zu erreichen. Parkt man einige Querstraßen weiter- umgeht man die Parkplatzgebühren.

Brilliant service!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement très agréable.. Proche du centre ville.. l'immeuble peut inquiéter au début mais le quartier reste calme.
