Stay in a quality villa with pool in independent 1 bedroom apartment with comforts of home.
The first floor 1 bedroom apartment has it’s own kitchen, living room, bedroom with brand new queen size double bed and very comfortable mattress used in 5* hotels , full bathroom with bath and shower and 2 balconies.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and it has double bedroom with patio doors opening to a balcony with table and chairs, modern kitchen with ceramic top cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. full bathroom with bath and overhead shower and living room with satellite TV with English channels , CD/DVD, safe and another balcony.
FREE, fast and unlimited WI-FI available in the apartment.

Villa Eber is a spectacular villa situated near beaches and Old Town of Albufeira, marina with boat trips, water sports, golf, tennis courts, Zoomarine, water parks, Crazy Golf, Karting, Algarve Shopping and many other Algarve attractions.
Beautifully kept garden with a large swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. The villa enjoys a superb location in a very quiet area but close to old town and is only 3 minutes drive ( around €5.00 with Uber) from the capital of tourism in the Algarve the town of Albufeira with great restaurants, unforgettable nightlife and beautiful golden beaches.

Private and secure parking inside the property grounds behind automatic gates with remote control. There are two exterior security cameras located at the front of the villa ( entrance area to the villa by the parking area)
Maid service is provided 3 times per week with change of linen once per week and change of towels twice per week. Please remember to bring your pool/beach towels.

Villa Eber is very popular with couples and families looking for peace and quiet in a quality villa accommodation, close to old town of Albufeira.

Many of our regular guests come back every year and enjoy the quality of staying in the villa in it’s own private apartment at very reasonable cost.

The swimming pool is over 1,60 cm deep and the villa is suitable for children from 11 years old but we would be delighted to accommodate the little ones in another property - please ask for more details.


Local restaurants - 10 min walk, local cafe 8 minutes walk – serves very good breakfast, lunch & dinner, nearest supermarket 8 min walk and larger one 12 min walk, local bus stop at Albufeira Camping - 8 min walk, Taxis are easily available to Old Town of Albufeira - 3 minutes ride ( around €5.00 with Uber )
A perfect setting away from the crowds for maximum relaxation. We can guarantee you a stress free holiday !

Car Hire, Taxi transfer from Airport & local info.:

For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local car firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to Villa Eber.

We can also reserve private airport transfer from Faro Airport. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The costs is from €44.00 each way for 2-4 people and €53.00 for 5-6 people and the journey usually takes about 35 minutes.

Ideal if you like country walks. Just around the corner from the villa is a long country lane where you can enjoy the beauty of Algarve countryside.
Zoomarine and water parks are 10-20 minutes drive. Golf courses are only 10-15 minutes by car and sandy beaches of Albufeira and new marina about 4-5 minutes.

We had a lovely welcome and had a fantastic, peaceful holiday, it was a home from home, the acommodation wad lovely and very spacious, pool is beautiful and clean, easy walk to the old town and a reasonably priced suoermarket. We loved it and will be going back next year.

The Villa was lovely and Andrew was the perfect host. He welcomed us with beverages and went through the welcome guide offering many suggestions on restaurants, shopping and even where we could get euros without a high fee. He brought us to the pool area and introduced us to the other guests. He created a very friendly, welcoming atmosphere where other guests interacted and we even had dinner outside with a couple we met. If we had preferred to be on our own, we had a private balcony and a well appointed apartment with plenty of space. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a washing machine. Andrew upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. It had no washing machine, so if you are booking for a specific need, just be clear with Andrew and he definitely accommodate you. We loved our 1 week stay here and would definitely recommend this site to our friends and family.

An amazing, restful break!

From the very start Andrew and Ana were welcoming, helpful and informative. Andrew sorted car hire and airport tranfers which had been eventful planning from uk, and so useful with suggestions of places to visit to enjoy the real Portugal. The apartments was imaculatle and very comfortable , quiet and kept clean througout our stay. Overall a relaxing break in a fabulous apartment with fantastic weather

Lovely apartment with great hosts

Stayed in Andrew's and Ana's apartment for 10 wonderful days. The apartment was spotless and pool area very well kept. It was a good 30/40 min walk to old town but there was a great bus service every 30 mins and taxi 5 euros from town. We would recommend this villa to people who wish to have a quiet holiday and be quite central to Albufeira. Customer service was brilliant with Andrew and Ana being so helpful.

Fantastic - sums it up!

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 7 days at the villa, surpassed our expectations given the very competitive pricing. It was perfect, comfortable and so close to everything, yet turn into the lane and it so peaceful and tranquil. Our hosts - Andrew & Ana were such warm genuine people and a mine of information. Always close at hand to give advice, information - but never intrusive. It was a special week for us as you know, thank you so much.

Wonderful stay

Andrew and Ana are wonderful hosts. Villa Eber is an amazing place when you want it quiet and peaceful. It is just a short drive to Albufeira and all the beautiful beaches around. Villa Eber is a place where you forget all your sorrows. It is very clean and spotless. You must not think about cleaning or doing the laundry. Anyhing is organised through Andrew. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you very much again. We will come again for sure.

Perfect Stay

Myself and my partner stayed for ten day in August at Villa Eber. The villa and its host can were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The setting of the villa and the lovely layout and facilities within the apartment made our stay all the better. The owner "Andrew" could not do enough and was very helpful in assisting us. The villa is ideal for anyone looking for that quiet time away, its near enough to the old town to walk or get a taxi in, however in the height of summer the taxis are far and few between after 7pm, so hiring a car is advisable. A really enjoyable stay in a beautiful villa, with not a stone out of place and we will definitely be coming back and recommending it to all our friends and family.

Our stay at Villa Eber

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the one bedroom apartment at Villa Eber. The owner, Andrew, gave us a warm welcome and was available to assist throughout our stay with local information. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the villa surroundings immaculately kept. We enjoyed the peaceful situation and this was a truly relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings. We would recommend this to friends and relatives looking for a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of life but who would also like to visit beaches, restaurants and the town of Albufeira close by. A car hire was good for us but taxis are readily available for those not wishing to drive. Many thanks for a great stay, we hope to return soon!

1 bedroom apartment at Villa Eber September 2009

We have just returned from a one week stay at Villa Eber and Albufeira.The Villa is immaculate and extremely well maintained, set in lovely gardens with a private pool.Andrew and Ana are very professional and helpful giving us all the information required with regard to transport,taxis,restaurants and shopping etc.As our stay was for one week we did not hire a car.The old town of albufeira is only a short taxi trip away and costs approximately 4 euros.We had a lovely walk in the sourrounding hills of Mouraria and found Cliff Richard,s winery and the Algarve shopping centre.We would recommend this property to friends and family and hope to return next year - no more slumming it with Thomas Cook etc.

Absolutely Perfect

This was a very late booking for Viv and i, but if i had spent six months looking, i would not have bettered this Holiday. From the moment i first spoke with Andrew, everything was dealt with in a professional manner. As someone who knows albufeira, a villa thats location enables you to dip in and out of the old or new town when you like and escape back to the country just five minutes away is manner from heaven to us. Each morning, it seemed, Andrew or Ana had a new location and maps for us to visit, be it a perfect hideaway beach or great Fish Restaurant. The Villa itself is in pristine condition with a delightful private pool and garden area, satelite tv certainly helped when dining / having a night in. As others have mentioned, a car is a must, but the cost far outweighs Taxis returning to airport, nightly visits to town, trips to Lagos etc. We will be recommending to all our friends and i know we will be back soon. Villa Eber Albufeira

This was the first holiday and accomadation, not only in Portugal but anywhere else in europe, where we can honestly say>>>>5 star host's, 5 star accomadation. Andrew and Ana were the perfect hosts/owners, especially the welcoming drink and full explanation of the layout of the villa and all the other bits and bobs in the villa. All I can say is that Andrew and Ana's exacting standards reflected in the quality of service, the towels and bedding changed more than anywhere we've been before, the cleanliness of our apartment, the whole ambiance absolutely fab. The villa was away from the maddening crowd which was perfect for our requirements. The walk into Albfeira has been made a pleasure as new paths have been built so that you can take a leisurely walk into the old town, 20 to 30 mins max, then if you can't be bothered to stagger home taxi's are there on tap, if you don't know the Algarve the bus routes are great, so who needs a car? experience the country by foot or public transport. We will be definetly going back, as owners who can deliver such great service deserve all the recommendations they can get. Fantastic. Sal and Bev..................... p.s. I could go on about the area,restaurants,beaches etc, but I'd be here all night, but all I will say is, embrace the Portugeuse life and the local people, they deserve all the credit ,s well as those who have chosen to live in such a wonderful country.

what can i say wow wow

what a wonderful property very clean in a very quite location, if you like walking to the old town, a casual walk around 30 minutes, along the fitness path which is away from the main road, Plenty to do in town plenty, restaurants lovely beach. Andrew and Anna what a wonderful host's could not do enough for us, showed us the bus and taxi stands around old town Albuferia, if wanted to walk to town the safe route avoiding the road. Booked our taxi transfers to and from the airport, we would like to say a big thank you to them both for making our stay very welcoming and recommending Clay oven restaurant. looking forward visiting them again.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde unsere Wohnung sauber gemacht, der Müll wurde täglich entsorgt. Zwischendurch wurden auch die Handtücher gewechselt und einmal die Woche wurde das Bett frisch bezogen. Es war schön ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut entspannen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Villa Eber ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Our Stay in Alberfria July-Aug 2019

The first time that Karen and I had been on a holiday to Portugal. Andrew communicated with us from our initial enquiry regarding booking right the way through to arranging a taxi to pick us up from Faro Airport. He drove us down to the Old Town and showed us where to get food and taxis. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the Old town but was a mainly down hill and a pleasant walk. To come back from the Old Town was 5-6 euros in a taxi. The rooms were very clean, the air con was great at a steady 24. Towels changed and rubbish taken away. Very relaxing around the pool a great suntrap for you sun worshipers. The neighbourhood was quiet, everything that you would want from a holiday where you wanted to relax and unwind. Andrew made us feel very welcome and really looked after us, what a great host. We loved the Old Town with so many places to eat out at good prices , if you love sea food it is the place to come, lots of small little shops to browse around too. If you get a chance get one of the boats from the Marina and go out Dolphin watching we were very lucky to spot a pod, how great to see them free.

Villa Eber is an excellent place to stay

Villa Eber was an excellent location for us and everything that the listings said it would be. Our first meeting with the owner Andrew was like being greeted by an old friend. He was very welcoming and made our stay a very comfortable one. He is there if you need any help and has a beautifully kept villa. Our first floor 1 bedroom apartment was both spacious and very clean with all facilities present to make your holiday easy living. We had our bins emptied each day and maid service 3 times a week with bed linen and towel changes too. Andrew drove us to the supermarket on our arrival It has everything and more that you will need so, no need to take heavy toiletries etc, to weight down your luggage. He drove us around the local area which was very helpful to get our bearings. The swimming pool in the villa is perfect and we were there most days on our own, almost like having your own pool but with the occasional friend dropping in. An ideal place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Some of the people we met had had the foresight to download some music / films to their I pads etc which was handy as the TV only has English BBC world news, but then we weren't there to watch TV. Across the road from the villa is a wonderful little café which is run by the lovely Suzete who serves coffee, soft drinks, wine & beer. She is very happy to ring for a taxi if you would like to visit the old town or strip, she is happy to do this for a drink in her traditional Portuguese café/bar but we always left her a Euro or two just for her lovely smile and kindness. We tried a lot of the restaurants in the old town but my favourite of all was "Le Cocheira" which if you don't mind walking, is about 25 minuets all down hill and again if you ask the waiters in there, they will call you a taxi for your return to Villa Eber but we always asked for "Café Mouraria" they all know Suzete's café ! Do try the Portuguese steak dish or the slow cooked lamb 'Yummy' We took a taxi to the strip during the day [as we are no longer party animals]and enjoyed the walk back into the oldtown for dinner. The marina is lovely too for a visit if you like looking at boats, but not much else as the restaurants are pretty basic. But Andrew did tell us it is an ongoing project to make it better. Oh and we took a ride in a Tuk - Tuk now that was an experience !!! I Cant wait to go back again :) Thank you Andrew/Ana for making us feel at home & look forward to seeing you next time.

Another fantastic stay at Villa Eber

Just back from a10 night stay with my family , this was our 3rd holiday here in 4 years and the villa & hosts Andrew & Ana have never failed to impress us , kids love it & surrounding area & attractions , the previous reviews say it all , Thanks again Andrew & Ana
