This is a great property. Well kept and stocked, and pictures are accurate. It worked well for our two families. The host was proactive and responsive. Our kids loved the pool (with a small basketball goal) and hot tub, as well as fishing off the dock. The only thing to note is the one bedroom does not connect to the rest of the house. You have to enter through the patio. It worked for our older kids, but is something to be aware of.

Vacation home

Very nice place with lots to do. Owner did come by during stay to get his boat, and had a mechanic come and work on the boat on the dock for a few hours. We are private people, which was different when renting a private place.

We had a great family vacation! The house has everything we could have possibly needed for a family vacation. The owner/manager was very responsive for any questions we had. Would highly recommend this home for any family coming to Florida!

Honey “home away from home” moon!

My husband and I wanted to find a place to get away and turn off, and found this property. It was absolutely perfect! The neighborhood was so quiet and nestled away in Apollo beach, but easily accessible to groceries and night life in Tampa. The pool, perfect to unwind and get that good quality Florida sunshine. The house itself was so clean and comfortable, we really were able to make it our home away from home for the week. It had everything in the kitchen which was a lifesaver, and the fun activities it offered were top tier (paddle boards/kayaks, pool table, giant outdoor games). If we planned a trip to Florida, 10/10 we’d be booking this property again!!

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very equipped with everything we needed and more. Everything went very smoothly and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We brought our toddler and there was all the equipment we needed for him in the house and the pool fence was very secure and put our minds at ease with regards to his safety.

Trip to go gulf stream fishing and visit beaches

As soon as we arrived and opened the door the house smelled so fresh and clean! We really appreciated how nice and clean everything was. Anything you could ever need was there and if we couldn’t find it, Michael was only a text away. Everything was just like the pictures. We loved the outdoor area! The only wish that it was closer to the beaches, but that was my fault when booking.

We had a fantastic time. The home was well equipped for going to the beach or lounging around the pool. My teenage boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. We will definitely stay here again!

we had a wonderful time at the Palm Tree! the house was so well appointed! It has everything you need for your home away from home. the pictures were exactly as depicted. the pool was warm and our kids spent tons of time in it. our son fished for hours off the dock, we saw dolphins daily hunting in the canal. The community was nice and quiet and we had some great sleeps. We chose this house for our family vacation so that we didn't need to go anywhere if we didn't want to, and it did not disappoint! The Palm Tree is the perfect place to take a relaxing vacation. Thank you for hosting us!

Our Advice: Stay Here!

My husband and I stayed here for the entire month of January. Mike and Eva were warm and hospitable. They responded timely to all of our questions and requests, even providing suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and supplied with most everything we needed. We spent hours on the covered outdoor space overlooking the pool and canal. My husband fished most everyday from the private dock. A mama and baby dolphin visited us near the dock on or last full day there. What a treat!

Great stay with everything you could need. We used the kayaks and paddle boards out on the water. Tried our hand at fishing off the dock. Lots of swimming in the pool. Saw the manatees 5 minutes away. Lots of space for 2 families. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I would recommend this place to

Apollo Beach Oasis

Just returned from a week in Apollo Beach, FL and couldn't have asked for a better home to stay in! Location was good- short drive to grocery stores and lots of places to eat! The house came equipped with everything our family needed to enjoy our time, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach toys & accessories, great patio & pool with games, kayaks and awesome views off the dock to watch the sunset! Michael provided great service, with quick communication and even let us check out late! The beds were comfortable and the large sofa & dining area was perfect for family game night! There was plenty of towels and bedding, with 2 sets of washer & dryers which made laundry a breeze! Everything was perfect! The only SMALL suggestion I would have would be to add a few extra hooks in the bathroom and around the pool to hang wet suits & towels-- because lets face it, with a pool like that, we were in there every day! :) Thank you for letting us use your home to create beautiful memories!

Something for all ages.

We kayaked, had family photos, went to Legoland but other than that, stayed at the house. Cooked every meal except one when son brought home pizza on the way back from Legoland. Enjoyed the house very much. A few issues but Mike was always there to take care of them. A lot had to due with him not having knowledge of them. I would choose this location again and again. Grocery stores are conveniently located too!

The house was exactly as listed. There was something for everyone at this house - pool, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, beach gear. Located on a nice, quiet channel. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the property. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and we loved our time there. Only drawback was the fourth bedroom which was not connected to the main house. Created a logistics/safety issue for the kids staying in that room.

Perfect Florida getaway, located on a saltwater canal. Manatees and Dolphins can be spotted right off the boat dock. This house has the relaxing feel one is looking for when on vacation. Almost everything is new. This is a great place to soak up the Florida sun and unwind from the daily stress. This home has 10-foot ceilings in the main area it provides a spacious feel. You won't feel "cramped" while on vacation. It has a large patio with loungers. The sun shines on the pool until 4:30 pm in the winter months. It is a perfect getaway.
