Experience all the Central Florida Gulf coast has to offer, Open concept Mid Century Modern - 2 Master Suites and separate Studio Apartment w/ On suite, 4 BA Waterfront Home. Sleeps up to 9 Adults. 1 Mater bedroom with Queen Bed, 2nd Master with Queen bed and (1) Twin Bed, Apartment w/ Queen Bed and a Florida room with a queen sofa bed with upgraded mattress which functions as another bedroom with its own bath.
Screened Lanai Pool overlooks Ruskin Inlet. Covered Boat Dock for viewing the Dolphins/Manatees and of course fishing. 2 Kayaks and Canoe on site for guest use. 5 minutes to little harbor resort beach. Area attractions Busch Gardens, Historic Ybor city, Saint Pete. 1hr 15 Minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. There is a ring Video doorbell and Ring video at rear entrance overlooking pool area for security of property...Laundry room available in Home. Bring your boat (boat house listed on Dock share) or charter a local captain to take you down the picturesque little Manatee River and into breathtaking Tampa Bay!

The house was nice and clean, well equipped. It's in a great spot. Loved the access to the water. The host did well with communicating with us regarding directions to the house and what to do inside the house. In addition, they left christmas cookies, candy, and a card.

Great family house

Plenty of room for all of my family to stay (my husband and I, our 2-year old & 4-year old, my mom and both my in laws). Lots to do on the property including kayaking, swimming, hot tub, games, corn hole. Loved how we could all sit around the same table for meals. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Responsive hosts. Very happy with our stay! Will reach out when we come back and hope to stay again.

Pictures don't do it justice

This place is gorgeous. The owners take care of it very well. We found everything we needed here. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were great and it's all enclosed with netting. The bathrooms and rooms were big and give a calm and cozy feeling. Beach towels we're also provided. The only negative i can think of is that the queen bed in the left room with 2 beds is more like a hammock. I had to keep moving between the two sides because one would sink then i move to the other side until it sinks then i move back and forth. We're also didn't find linens for the pull out bed in the small room. Not a big deal though. Three are plenty of positives and reasons to come back. This isa great place.

Absolutely love this home. It’s comfortable, clean, in a great location and the scenery is beautiful. This is the second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Would definitely rent it again when in the area.

Mid century Getaway

My family stayed for a week to visit nearby family and enjoyed the house and location. The house was clean and there was plenty of space. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind after a two day drive.

Great property

Our stay was great!! Property was clean and well maintained. Had all the amenities we needed. We even got to see some dolphins and manatees in the canal which made the stay even better. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Really cool property!

Five brothers and sisters spread around the US. We try to get together as often as possible and this time it was the Tampa area. Found this property and thought it would work for us. It did. Nice hot tub and pool. On the canal for a nice view out the back windows. Kitchen was nice and plenty of supplies. The ladies got one room. Two brothers in another room and one brother with his own room. Easy directions. Safe and secure. HVAC worked well. Hot tub was relaxing. Bring your bathing suit and your passwords for streaming services.

Too nice for three Old Fishermen

We are three old fellows in our 70's and I decided that I would treat two crusty buddies to a stay that they would never dream of renting. This was the place for four nights. We fished for two days and visited various restaurants for lunch and dinner. The hot tub was most enjoyable. We did have trouble with no hot water in the small shower, but, the other shower worked just fine. A great spot and a Beautiful cottage !!

Perfect Family Stay

This place was perfect for our family vacation with an 8, 3, and 1 year old! The kids loved the pool, the house was extremely cozy and the location was close to many things! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

The house was everything we wanted it to be. Comfortable, clean, easy to get to and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Having a private pool and hot tub was an extra. I would definitely book this home again for our next visit to Florida

Pool, Hot Tub, Fishing gear available for fishing on the river. Just 5 minutes from a nice beach on Tampa Bay at Little harbor resort, 45 minutes to Bush Gardens, Saint Pete Beach, Anna Maria Island, Tampa Zoo, Tampa Aquarium, and many great restaurants, and shopping areas.
