You can simply park up and enjoy everything on foot. There are fabulous walks from the doorstep, including Hardraw Force, England’s highest unbroken waterfall, and the Pennine Way. Cyclists will enjoy the popular routes of the Tour de Yorkshire or Grand Depart. Local amenities are plentiful in Hawes, with excellent local butcher shop, delicatessen, grocery store and interesting selection of shops, traditional pubs, tea rooms and restaurants. Not forgetting the ever-popular Wensleydale creamery where Gromit’s cheese is made!

This charming stone-built cottage has been fully refurbished throughout by its owners to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation for your stay.
