I am delighted to offer you this unique, intelligently designed, and spacious 2 bedrooms apartment in the vibrant neighborhood of Deptford. The charming style of the flat will perfectly merge with your unforgettable London getaway. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless. Enjoy the welcoming space of my home and benefit from its great location!
The space
- Spacious apartment, with balcony and large windows that brings a lot of natural sunlight during the day.
- The apartment is situated on the second floor.
- The lounge is classic and stylish with a comfortable corner sofa, panoramic windows, and Freeview TV.
- There is a beautiful dining space with seats for 4 guests. The open-space modern kitchen includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans are supplied.
- The bedrooms are bright and airy with storage space. The master bedroom boasts a cozy double-sized bed, and there is a single bed in the second bedroom. The beds are set with fresh hotel-quality linen.
- The flat has good air flow in summer and is nice and warm during winter, thanks to an efficient heating system.
- In the bathrooms, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries.
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to Hotel standards before you arrive.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9pm for a fee of £30.

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged at £50 per hour.

Location is great

Spacious flat with room for 4. Nicely located. Owner was very helpful during booking and afterwards. Deptford train station just a few minutes walk away. Perfectly located for any activity in London.

Well equipped appartment

Well equipped appartment with public transport, shops and restaurants/takeaways all near by. Ideal for 3, but even being a family of four we managed quite well. Nice contact to the host. Parking is on the streets (free), everything else as advertised. We might be back!

Everything okay

It was what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. Easily reachable by train, sufficiently clean, properly furnished. Best used by maximum of three people, other than that everything was fine.

Worst Experience

The key for the property was left in an open lock box; unsecure and available for anyone to take. When we arrived at the apartment itself, the cleaner was still there despite the property owner assuring us that it would be ready for us upon our arrival. Inside the apartment was disgusting. It was clear that the previous tenants or guests were careless and left it in a state of disrepair. This is despite the add assuring customers that there would be at least one day in between guests. The cleaner stated that she needed "at least two more hours" to complete her cleaning duties. In addition, the apartment was materially different from the listing. The second bedroom was a children's room, with a children's bed and toys, completely unfit for an adult. At this time we called the property manager and were told that there was nothing he could do, that it was an error on the cleaning ladies part, and that we had to take our concerns to VRBO directly. He was argumentative and unwilling to take our concerns seriously. We called VRBO and talked to two customer service agents over the span of approximately 45 minutes. We received no resolution but were merely assured that our concerns "would be escalated by their team". It has been over two weeks, and we have yet to receive any further communications from VRBO regarding our supposed "resolution". We could not be more dissatisfied with the listing, property manager, or service from VRBO. Please save your money and book elsewhere.

Enttäuschend

Die Anzeige entspricht in vielen Punkten nicht der Realität! Es fing mit dem kostenlosen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände an: es gibt ganz einfach keinen! Wenn man um sonst parken möchte, muss man sich einen Parkplatz in einer Straße suchen. Dann der Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln: der Balkon ist winzig!!! und war zugestellt mit Wäschetrocknern. Ich glaube auch ehrlich gesagt nicht, dass hier mehr als ein Stuhl hin passen würde! Der Ofen in der Küche war kaputt und der Vermieter hätte uns entweder jemanden organisiert, der sich den Ofen anguckt ( man wartet in seinem Urlaub ja auch sehr gerne auf einen Elektriker) oder aber eine Mikrowelle oder ActiFryer besorgt- da ich jedoch unter div. Lebensmittelallergien leide war beides keine Option für mich und wir hatten die Wohnung bewusst mit Ofen ausgesucht, damit ich mir ein Paar Lebensmittel im Urlaub backen kann. Also auch hier: herbe Enttäuschung!!! Furchtbar war auch der Ablauf im Waschbecken im Bad: das Wasser lief mega langsam ab und es dauerte manchmal bis zu 10 Minuten, bis das Wasser nach dem Zähneputzen oder Rasieren abgelaufen war. Der Knaller war auch die Dusche: Die Hälfte des Wassers, das oben in der Brause hätte rauskommen sollen lief schon vorher am Schlauch runter, sodass man sehr wenig Wasser zum Abseifen hatte. Ein Teil des Wassers, was dann aus der Brause kam lief dann auch schön an der Seite der Duschabtrennung vorbei und nachdem 3 Leute geduscht hatten war eine Pfütze auf dem Boden. Keine Weiterempfehlung!!!!

Schönes Appartement in guter, zentraler Lage!

Das Appartement liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße mit Busanbindung, Zuganbindung nach London Bridge in 5 Min.zu Fuß erreichbar.In der Wohnung war alles was man braucht vorhanden, der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.Alles in allem ein guter Tip wenn man London sehen möchte, aber nicht direkt im Stadtkern wohnen möchte.Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! Great Location and Apartment!

Although it’s not in the heart of London like the hotels, this apartment offers everything you need for a great stay. With two methods of transport directly into the city, staying here gives you the chance to explore dining and shopping in a more relaxed atmosphere before or after going into the city. Greenwich is right next door, and the Lewisham neighborhood has some of the best food we had. The apartment is nice size, and the windows give you sun all day…very open feeling and warm. It is on a busy corner, but it took just a night to adjust to the noise. By no means was it bothersome. The hosts are very responsive, and I would definitely recommend staying here if you like being near - but not in - the heart of it all in London!
