En Skylark la terraza y la piscina disfrutan de las vistas del océano y las brisas cálidas. Los huéspedes serán mimados por nuestro personal experto que va a cocinar, limpiar y hacer que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos en un verdadero hogar lejos del hogar. Skylark está situado en una colina por encima de la media luna Bay entre (2) acres de jardines que proporcionan privacidad y seguridad. Sala de estar y comedor cuentan con techos altos con puertas francesas gigantes y ventiladores de techo que se abren a la terraza y piscina. Hay 4 dormitorios y 4 baños. The Staff is Why You want to Stay here!

Overall we had an amazing experience. The Staff: Sonia, Dennis and Carron are the reason you wake up happy every day. They take care of your every need. The FOOD. Steller and cooked to meet everyone's needs. By the 2nd day you know you have a new family. Mr. Johnson, the drive was so patient, respectful and took us anywhere we wanted. He made sure we were always safe as well. We have a small incident with water because of the heavy rains but the staff jumped and and did whatever was needed to make sure things were cleaned up and everyone was comfortable and okay. Oliver and the property manager checked on us as well and made sure everything was okay. The home is so clean, and Carron makes sure of that. She will iron your cloths, wash what you need, etc! Dennis makes sure the pool and yard, deck are clean and is happy to bring your drinks, morning coffee and serves dinner! Only a couple of needed fixes: The WIFI is weak and there needs to be a boost in the bedroom areas. We had 6 people on it at once sometimes and it was struggling. Only 1 TV worked in the house, so just a tip to make sure they are all good for the guests. Hot Tub: It did not work all week. It would bubble but never get hot so we were unable to use it which was a bummer. No true complaints, and we were so happy my family and I are planning on going back to the home in April for Spring Break. Cannot wait to stay again at Skylark!! Thank you Oliver, Sonia, Dennis and Carron.

I’m going to keep this short & sweet. The property was not what we expected! Needs major repairs and upgrades. (Honest opinion) The one upside is the STAFF. They are phenomenal!! They go up and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The best and ONLY thing that villa offers is an amazing STAFF …

Worst stay fl

So to mind you, I reached out to the host when I was planning to stay here. I simply asked “does the driver come with the purchase of the house, or does that cost extra” & the response was “yes everything chef and everything is paid for guest” sounds too good to be true but I really liked the house & I figured if anything some things may cost but yeah so we get there and the house is outdated. As much money they ask for the house they should invest that money little by little to renovate the house. Still a pretty decent house but the pictures are definitely deceiving. So reached out the hose again & I guess he wanted to be cocky as hell and trying to talk to me like I’m a dumb*** but we went back and forth arguing so I end up staying just 1 day & we paid for the food we used for the day and just left to a resort which was the best decision we made. But I definitely can say their staff is wonderful but not Oliver the host. But VRBO was no help either & I tried to cancel and it’s still showing on my message as a request to cancel & they didn’t do anything about nothing. Last time definitely using VRBO. But make sure you get all the answers you want before clicking to stay here. I recommend staying at the Riu.

Dream home away from home

Words can’t truly explain how this property has set the bar high for future vacations . The views are breathtaking! But what made it stand apart from every other vacation home was the staff. I honestly wish I keep in contact with them because they truly made us feel like family.Sonia the chef gave us the best dishes of things I would never think to try.Definately ask her to make Johnny Cakes and breadfruit salad .Carron was amazing to make sure we always had fresh towels and bed made to come home to. Denise catered to every request,questions and even gave us a tour of the property to tell us about the fruit trees .

I have to give honest review FOR MY BDAY WEEK

So I booked this rental for my 33 bday.I preplanned a lot of events and fun. This home has its plus and minus. Definitely depends on what type of group you are entertaining if this is the best rental for you. The pool area and out door area is amazing . The views are a site to see. This is definitely a traditional Jamaican home . Meaning no MAJOR updates really other than pool area . kitchen looks nothing like pictures nor does the butler! Pic of staff ,is old the sexy young butler is gone and it’s a old , crunchy man that likes to stare and talks to much I’m sorry the pic needs to be replaced! They have everything locked down literally locked. For example the all the towels ,and the jacuzzi button to bubble, the kitchen has a liquor store gate with lock on you have no access to kitchen and it looks nothing like pic that pic. The master bedroom that opens to pool has a liquor store gate on it too!!!I loved Sonya and Caroline they cooked and cleaned and went back into the living quarters and let us have fun. Dennis sometimes grabbed things when he felt like it no sense of urgency with people Was on his phone and being aggravating at times! I’m a experienced traveler I definitely was expecting to be served properly and for then to have the uniforms ironed and sharp. Every shirt Dennis wore was wrinkle and embarrassing it was like have your old uncle in a house of women women aged 28-35. Lastly they live right in the house with you not in a separate living quarters that took a minute for us to get use to so no privacy . Now if your an non party crew this might be the place for you. However I have to be honest because I paid A NICE AMOUNT for this place I was expected to be served properly and for the Villa to look like pics . I definitely was disappointed on some levels. Also the driver mr Johnston is rude and stuffy !! I hired my own driver which was a lot better. Lastly the air condition doesn’t work properly in all rooms and the WiFi is weak, That had written sign all over home that the home like turn off light switch and air when leave room which makes your room boiling hot when you return form a day out. I had photo shoot there make up melted off. Overall Sonya and Caroline are my favorite!! If it wasn’t for them this would be a 1 star.

Family vacation at Skylark

This was the most amazing family vacation we’ve ever had. Dennis, Brenda, and Caren really made our vacation complete. They provided everything and more than we could have ever asked for. The food Brenda cooked was just wonderful every day and the house was just stunning. We enjoyed our daily conversations with Dennis and Caren as well. We will definitely come back! We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Skylark!

There are no words

We just returned from our vacation week. There are no words to describe how perfect and amazing our experience was from the moment we walked in, to our (reluctant) departure. The home is perfectly appointed and literally felt like a home away from home. There was nothing we would change. And the staff...they feel like family after being with them for a week. Brenda fed us with such talent and treated us to authentic Jamaican food as we requested. The food was 5 star quality. Dennis was more than a Butler/Gardener. He educated us on Jamaican traditions, history and anticipated our wants before we even realized it. Carron worked hard making sure we had clean clothes, towels and gave us such a kind turn down service. The three of them are the stars of the show. They fed our souls and gave us the best memories. We will definitely return to Skylark Villa. Jamaica holds a special place in our hearts and we are grateful for this experience!

Amazing Vacation Stay

I had the best time at Skylark. The house was beautiful, but the people were so caring and attentive. I had the pleasure of staying for a full week and have never been treated so well in my life. Cannot wait to return to this paradise.

Home away from home!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Skylark Villa. The property is beautiful and the staff was A+. Howard was very helpful and served all of our meals and drinks. Sharon kept the rooms cleaned and provided towels for our beach and pool time. Sonya prepared breakfast, lunch and dinners for us and the food was amazing. The driver was very patient with our last minute requests as well as the cook. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

The hospitality was phenomenal

Home away from home, staff was attentive and kind took care of us made us feel welcomed our whole stay. The location is in a safe quiet neighborhood, the air conditioning is not to be underestimated, the rooms and property was kept cleaned. Sonia , Karen and Howard were magnificent and the hospitality was phenomenal, they took care of us so well skylark is a place to be at when you go on vacation in Jamaica. The service was phenomenal thank you so much for this great experience. I will be back !!

The home with everything!

Never having used Home Away it was truly a great decision. All family members have enjoyed the house, the neighborhood and the staff. We will definitely use Home Away again.

Most Amazing

The property is a well maintained as the photos depict. But the property is eclipsed by the wonderful staff that provides excellent service. Howard, the Butler, is very knowledgeable and always available when needed. Sonia, the Cook, prepared delicious meals with special attention to everyone’s dietary needs. Cara, the Housekeeper, made sure every request was fulfilled with urgency and keep the house immaculate during our stay. Overall, I recommend Skylark Villa to anyone looking for wonderful accommodations and I will definitely return again.

Skylark Villa is a wonderful beautiful house to stay with friends and family. The staff is top notch as is their service. Chef prepares wonderful meals and it is close to several wonderful beaches but it is hard to leave the pool onsite. Have been coming back for years.

Memorable vacation!

This home is special in several respects- 1) the layout- gorgeous views and pool 2) open to the outdoors from every angle 3) comfortable furnishings and beds. What truly makes this home unique is the staff- Howard takes care of the property and anything needed, Sonia cooks amazing meals and Caron keeps the place immaculate, laundry clean and sets a beautiful dinner table! You will feel like royalty. We chose to hire Mr. Johnson for the week to drive us to the beach, dinner and outings to Dunn Falls. He even arranged a boating excursion for 5 of us. Note that in Jamaica they drive on the opposite Side of the road from the United States, so if you are driving yourself it requires some skill! We traveled with our 6 person extended family. Several days we simply relaxed at the pool and enjoyed the house. Other days we spent at a nearby beach - Doctors Cave where you can rent chairs, umbrellas and have an excellent lunch and cocktails on the beach! A memorable week relaxing with the family and we highly recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect

I cannot express how satisfied and blessed we were to spend our time here while in Jamaica. It was perfect for our family of 8. I was apprehensive at first about having the staff, but oh what a joy it turned out to be! These people were fabulous and to come home with no dirty clothes was amazing! The location was great, and we never once felt unsafe at any time. We loved eating by candlelight on the beautiful veranda. The pool and hot tub are fabulous! We also loved being able to play miniature golf and volleyball and use the beach at Half Moon. And using Alberto,the recommended driver, is a must! He was so very helpful, and his price is very fair. He will take you wherever you want to go, multiple times a day if needed. We have traveled many wonderful places (such as HI) as a family and this is the only place I have said “I will be back!” Thank you also to Oliver, the house owner, who made sure we were satisfied and checked in on us. Cannot wait to go back again one day!!

My new home!!!!

I have never been to a more beautiful place. We got to the house, the staff greets you and from then on, you do not lift a finger. Ms. Sonia takes u shopping to prepare meals like "top chief ". Howard let's you know, anything you need let him know and it will get done. Ms Carron made sure our rooms were clean, clothes were iron and anything else we can think of she was there to help us. This place is priceless, I will be coming back every year.
