Standing just a few meters above sea level, Vista Residence is located in Agios Onoufrios area, only 1,5 Km away from the homonym beach. The newly built property enjoys beautiful sea views and offers comfortable lodging for up to 8 guests and is just a short 10 km drive away from Chania Old Town.
Layout

The 200 m2 property spreads in 3 levels and is decorated in white and blue tones, giving it the island vibe. Comfortable furnishings and minimal style, create a cozy environment, all holiday makers will enjoy and at the same time they will find the layout of the Villa very convenient with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
Indoors
Ground Floor
On the ground level guests will find two bedrooms and the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms features a 1,80 x 2,00 bed, 32 TV, A/C and direct access to the backyard, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and double sinks. The second bedroom offers a 1,70 x 2,00 bed, A/C, 43 TV, a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 child, in-bedroom sink and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.
First Floor
Accessed by indoor and outdoor stairs, the first floor is home to the open plan area hosting the living room and kitchen. The living area boasts a 55 Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker and comfy corner sofa. Large glass doors provide access to a spacious veranda overlooking the pool, sea and surrounding area. The kitchen is fully equipped with branded quality appliances and an adjacent indoor dining table for 8, inviting you to share a homemade meal with your loved ones. Additionally, a bedroom with a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, A/C, 32 TV and views to the pool and sea can also be found on this level, along with a separate WC with shower handle next to it.
Second Floor
Ascending a few more steps you are in the presence of the stunning master bedroom complemented by a King 1,80 x 2,00 bed, 43 Smart TV, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double shower cabin and double sinks. The bedroom and bathroom both exit to a private veranda equipped with bean bag loungers, also enjoying the views.


Outdoor area
The exterior space of Vista Residence covers 2 acres and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 70 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,50 m deep with step access. The pool terrace is equipped with 4 double day beds and 2 umbrellas, so you can enjoy sunbathing in comfort.
- Veranda on the first floor with an outdoor sitting area and a hanging egg chair.
- Gas BBQ with an outdoor dining area for 8 guests under a shaded pergola, next to the pool.
- Lawn covered area and ample space for the kids to play at the rear part of the Villa
- Parking space inside the Villa premises.
LOCATION
Vista Residence is located in Agios Onoufrios area, close to many beautiful beaches and local amenities. Agios Onoufrios is a small seaside village of Cape Akrotiri, which is located 8km north of Chania. For daily necessities, the small town of Kounoupidiana is only a short drive away (2,5 Kms), offering a nice variety of shops. Chania town with its venetian harbour and winding lanes is a mere 20 minute drive away, waiting to be explored. Local restaurants and tavernas are scattered throughout the peninsula and Chania town offers an amazing array of restaurants from fine dining to traditional Cretan tavernas. Being just 20 minutes from the national highway, it is easy to explore the surrounding area with its archeological sites, waterpark, beaches, gorges and villages.
The villa is located in Agios Onoufrios area, just 1,5 Km away from the homonym sandy beach. The proximity of the Villa to the beach, Chania Old town, the airport and all daily amenities, makes it a perfect base for your holiday excursions. Kounoupidiana is the closest town, where you can find all kinds of shops.
