This cheerful 2-bedroom townhouse with 1.5 bathrooms is a whole house rental with a private balcony and a private attached garage. This property is great for short stays and ideal for long stays. It has a dedicated office space with a sit-stand desk, monitor, keyboard and ergonomic desk chair.

This property is conveniently located in Harbour Landing, Regina, Saskatchewan. It is seven (7) minutes away from Regina International Airport, eleven (11) minutes from the University of Regina and just five (5) minutes to the Grasslands and shopping, dining, and entertainment districts.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located townhouse condo. A travel bassinet and high chair are provided on request at the time of booking confirmation.

Traveling with a baby can be a lot of work, so we are happy to provide several essentials for your little one(s) to make your stay easier. Upon request and at no additional charge, a high chair, an infant [newborn] bather, travel-sized bassinet with an integrated changing table, a convenient pack-n-play and/or a shower chair can be provided.

It’s good to familiarize yourself with the house rules:
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. No smoking inside the condo. Use the driveway or garden outside.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
5. Leave your shoes on the shoes rack and tray next to the entryway closet.
6. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am local Saskatchewan time as per Regina Bylaw 6980.
8. Respect the check-in and check-out times.
9. Take extra care of the garage opener and TV remote. If lost, this will incur a replacement fee of $60 CAD each.
10. Take care of the furnishings in the condo.
11. Don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Do not wash any of the bed linen.
13. Place ALL used towels in the bathtub prior to check-out.
14. No illegal substances are allowed.
15. Reservations longer than 28 days will be scheduled for cleaning every two weeks at no additional charge.
