Excelente ubicación para su estadía o visita en Regina. La propiedad está convenientemente ubicada a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad y de la Universidad de Regina.

La propiedad es completamente nueva y cuenta con todos los muebles y electrodomésticos nuevos. Incluye dormitorio principal, baño principal, segundo dormitorio, baño, cocina, comedor y una amplia sala de estar.

This property is not new it’s 11 years old and shows it, it’s not maintained.Every piece of furniture is damagedAs the other renters have stated the beds and couch are on the floor making it very difficult to get in and out of.Apparently the pool/clubhouse is funded buy the three buildings and there are financial issues so the hot tub, gym and clubhouse are inoperable, the pool is semi functional but not heated.Pluses are location, view of the creek and underground parking if your car fits.We were supposed to be there for 15 nights and spent 6.and went home.The host asked us the first nightif we would be better off somewhere else when we asked to have some of the lights fixed and bloody towels disposed of and spider webs removed.We were committed with my handicap daughter so we tried to stay.You’re better off somewhere else.

So we had a great repor with Tanya which was awesome the place looked well appointed but for a couple of us getting in and out of the low bed and low couch was a constant challenge. We needed to help one another up and out. It was otherwise very nice.

Nice accommodations

Very nice accommodations. We had a nice stay. My only suggestion is that the listing should be updated to state that toiletries are not provided, as we only figured this out when we found no soap or shampoo and we received no response when we asked about it.

The condo has a great set up with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has everything you need and the underground parking is a plus.

Great place to stay

The unit worked for our 8 nights in Regina. Great location, easy to get around, and easy access to many shops and restaurants. The unit is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and all supplies. Check in was delayed by the wrong codes for keys and doors. Once I was able to contact host she sent Samantha, (who was so very pleasant and helpful) with the correct codes. Although this unit was excellent for our needs, I would not stay again unless I was assured the living room furniture was replaced. It’s too low to the ground, and very difficult on the back, and difficult to get out of. The only other criticism I have is that the towels were discoloured and looked shabby. I washed them before we used them but they didn’t look cleaner. A good unit in a good building.

Very impressed with this rental

Located in a clean and safe area of Regina. This rental was exactly what we wanted. Fairly new building. Has all kind of restaurants, shopping centers, groceries stores and gas stations nearby. If ever i go again to Regina, this is exactly the place i want to stay again. You're 15 minutes from everywhere. We were able to get in communication with the landlady prior our stay and during. Communication was quite easy. We truly enjoyed our stay

Comfortable, Spacious & Great Location

Nice place to stay and great location. Some confusion on directions to get in and park. Had difficulty with controlling heat. A few added small things i.e. salt & pepper, water bottles or beverages in fridge would have be nice to have. Some noise above us in early hours but all in all a nice place. Definitely would go back.

Rugs filthy

Great apartment layout but rugs in both bedrooms are filthy as are bath mats in bathrooms . Lock box had no cover and no map about location of parking spot was supplied online. Difficult to find the right space. If these things were fixed then it would be a great rental

Beautiful condo! Low on hospitality!

We headed out Regina to enjoy the Labour Day classic with friends and this condo was in a perfect location and a great price! Less than 200 per couple for two nights! The condo was easy to find, just off the #1. 10 min. drive to the stadium. It was clean and modern. Close to grocery stores and Tim Hortons. There were however a couple of issues. There is only one parking stall even though its says on the listing that there is one outside and one inside. There were no condiments supplied like coffee, tea, sugar or salt and pepper. It would have been difficult to prepare a dinner there and have to buy all of those little things. Blackout curtains are needed in the bedrooms. Livingroom couch was not comfortable. Lovely balcony but no furniture to sit on outside. The one thing that really diasppointed us was there was no toilet paper!! I contacted the host who asked me if I had checked everywhere which I had and told her so. Then I got ghosted. I was expecting TP to show up the next day but none arrived in the days following which I thought was kind of rude. The pool and hottub are in another building across the parking lot so we didnt use it. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was a beautiful place but if some of these items were added I would give it 5 stars!

The property was ad advertised. Check in was easy and was allowed to check in early. Living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Kitchen was more than adequately equipped. If ever back in Canada and Regina would stay here again.

Great location and suite.

All you could ask for re kitchen supplies, TV, Wahing room 2 bathrooms with access to pool, spa and games room. BBQ pit to top things off. Only constructive critique would be furniture is too low for us older ones. Cheers.

A trip back home

Overall the place was great. My husband and I plus my mother all have mobility issues so the couch was not very usable for us. We had one issue but reached out to Tanya and she was great with communication and resolution. Overall we had a great time and experience.

Tranquil Modern Apartment

The property has an upscale modern feel in a tranquil urban setting. Man-made waterways are inhabited by geese, pelicans and even a resident beaver. A stroll through the neighborhood on the pathways is very serene although it is close to town, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very responsive. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Underground parking is an added bonus.
