Escondida en las pintorescas colinas sobre Sóller, esta encantadora casita es un refugio tranquilo a solo 10 minutos en coche de la animada plaza principal del pueblo. Ubicada en la ladera de la montaña, la propiedad ofrece impresionantes vistas del verde valle que se extiende abajo. Una pintoresca puerta de hierro marca la entrada, guiándote por un camino que se abre a una impresionante terraza con área de piscina, donde el paisaje es simplemente inigualable.

En el interior, la casita cuenta con una amplia área de sala y cocina de concepto abierto, tres acogedoras habitaciones y dos baños, uno de ellos en suite. En el exterior, un porche cubierto con barbacoa te invita a disfrutar de deliciosas comidas mediterráneas al aire libre. La atmósfera serena, el diseño impecable y las vistas panorámicas garantizan unas vacaciones realmente relajantes e inolvidables.

Ten en cuenta que el acceso final a la propiedad es a través de una empinada pendiente, por lo que recomendamos alquilar un vehículo pequeño. Una vez que llegues, solo te queda relajarte y disfrutar de la paz y la belleza del campo.

Wonderful property for relaxing holiday!

A wonderful stay in the mountains

Nice House with a great view

We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful finca. The view is simply fantastic and the pool is a great way to cool down. The house doesn't lack anything, but you should know how big the car is, because the way to the house and through Soller is sometimes quite narrow.

Beautiful House

Perfect house - just missing one thing - air conditioning. Made it a little difficult to sleep in mid summer temperatures. Other than that it was an absolute 10/10 stay

A perfect view

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time for a week here with friends. The terrace, different outdoor seating areas, summer kitchen, pool and the magnificent view acceded our expectations. The only negative was the bathroom set up with only one shower available, no one really wants a bath when it’s in excess of thirty degrees, and it wasn’t ideal having four adults sharing one shower. Nice break in wonderful Mallorca

Overall the property is ok, though some remarks have to be made: - the private road to get to the house is very steep and not easy to drive; It's quite a distance from the main road to the house, which means that's walking this steep road is not a given for everybody. ( not possible to walk with your luggage) - unfortunately the house, with a beautiful view, is located above the main road between Palma and Soller, which generates quite some noise from vehicles, bikes, trucks,.. - finally the (garden) furniture is a bit outdated and has already some age , I believe

Lovely secluded villa in the hills

We were blown away by the location of the villa, tucked away up the hills above Soller, with incredible views down over the town and across the port, with spectacular sunsets. The drive up to (and then down to) the villa was a little intimidating at first - the only way in by car is up a very narrow steep winding road, and then down and round an off-road path, so recommend a small car - but the hosts met us in the town and guided us up. Once there though, it’s a nice 30min walk back down the same route down to Soller town 30mins). The villa is clean, and very spacious with all the facilities we needed. The pool and outdoor area have loads of space for sunbathing, eating and relaxing in the quiet spot. The outdoor kitchen and dining area with gas bbq was perfect for some nights in. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Awesome (but adventurous in getting there)

The house is beautifully located above the rooftops of Sollér. In the morning briefly refreshed in the pool, then had breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view. In the evening we could enjoy the meal from the grill on the terrace with a view of the sun setting behind the mountains. Inside we have stayed only to sleep. The way to the house is not a disadvantage, but you should know that the streets of Sollér are very narrow and the private road (about 400m) to the house is single lane and you should not lose your nerves with oncoming vehicles. Also, the rental car should not be too big. Our rental car had the size of a VW Tiguan and was just suitable for the way. All in all, we had a very nice week. Definitely a recommendation!

Beautiful Villa, lovely view

We have just come back from a week at the Villa. We had lovely time. Vivienne met us at the local petrol station and we could see why as the first visit to the Villa is a little bit scary and you wonder if you will find your way back down but it was very straightforward once you had done it once. Villa lovely and clean and my elderly parents loved it, the view were to die for. Only gave a 4* as the pool was dirty when we arrived we mentioned it straight away and were told it was due to the storm but that was 2 weeks before we arrived and would have expected it to be ready for us on arrival. It was however cleaned two day later which was great. There is a little traffic noise from the main road into Soller but we just got used to it. You cannot fault the view which changed every hour with the sun over the mountains. Kitchen had everything you could need for your stay. We did ask for an umbrella as we needed one if you are round the pool but was advised that it was broken in the storm and a new umbrella did not turn up during our 7 day stay. You can walk to Soller from the Villa takes around 35 minutes and the view is lovely, beware it is uphill on the way back but a beautiful walk nevertheless. Overall it a lovely stay but letting agency a little slow in coming back to us. Kim, Graham, Janet and Don

Beautiful house in an idyllic setting

The house is beautiful and is situated high in the mountains of Sierra de Tramuntana, with incredible views across the valley. We loved the location, in a quite place away from the excitement of the village of Sóller, which was perfect for us! The photos of the house do not reflect the reality, is better decorated and has more furniture than the one you see. The facilities like pool and barbecue made our stay wonderful. The road is a bit narrow but with a small car we could do it without problems. Nothing wrong, everything was perfect!

Die Lage und der Ausblick der Villa sind perfekt. Der Pool ist klasse und macht viel Spass. Ich kann nur jedem raten den Rat in der Onjektbeschreibung zu befolgen ein wirklich kleines Fahrzeug zu mieten. Der Weg hoch zu der Villa ist abenteuerlich. Etwas störend empfanden wir auch den Brandgeruch der Umgebung der hin und wieder aufkam da die Olivenfarmer ihr aAltholz regelmäßig verbrennen. Auch können die Verkehrsgeräuche aus dem Tal den können Gesamteindruck etwas trüben. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nix. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub in der Villa mit der Familie.

Zuerst die kleinen Kritikpunkte: Die Einrichtung war uns ein bisschen zu "pragmatisch" - die Sofaecke war mit billigen Schonbezügen versehen und in der Küche fehlten einige essentielle tools... Aber wir hatten ja zum Glück alles Wesentliche mitgebracht (und zum Teil vor Ort gelassen für die nächsten Gäste)... Der Pool wurde uns als Oxygene mega modern betrieben erklärt - daher besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen beim Duschen nötig - und später wurde klar: Einfach nur Chlor Tabletten für die Reinigung. Ansonsten war alles super OK - Handtücher und Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche, Endreinigung inclusive, Check out zu entspannter Zeit. Ein großes Thema war allerdings die Straße nach Palma, deren Lärm so gar nicht zu der angekündigten Ruhe passte.... Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt an einem sehr schönen Ort :)

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht und schönem Pool. Alles war super sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Weg nach oben ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber nach dem zweiten oder dritten Mal absolut kein Problem mehr. Ein gut motorisierter Kleinwagen ist aber empfohlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war reibungslos und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Unser Urlaub in der Finca Can Rivendel war eine Traum - der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Der Blick auf das Dorf Sollér und die Bucht mit Meerblick sind unvergleichlich. Die Lage der Finca ist sensationell, allerdings ist der Privatweg zum Haus nichts für Fahranfänger oder schwache Nerven. Hier sollte es mehr Informationen vor Buchung geben, damit man nicht ein zu großes Auto mietet. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat viel Platz - einzig die Matratzen sollten mal gereinigt oder getauscht werden - insbesondere im Zimmer mit den Einzelbetten. Diese waren selbst für Teenager zu weich. Der Pool ist groß und tief und ist bestens für Badespaß und zum Schwimmen geeignet. Insgesamt kann ich die Finca Can Rivendel für einen entspannten Urlaub super empfehlen! Wir werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Schöne Lage mit Blick über Soller

Gepflegte Finca in schöner Hanglage. Die Anfahrt über eine kleine Privatstrasse ist nur mit einem kleinen Auto möglich. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt keine Klimaanlage, es stehen vier Lüfter zur Verfügung. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Virginia. Der Invinity Pool ist kein solcher, über den Beckenrand lässt sich aber trotzdem gut und weit blicken.

Wirklich traumhaftes Haus mit Pool und fantastischem, einzigartigen und weiten Rundum-Blick. Autofahren für die Zufahrt zum Haus über engen, teils steilen Weg muss man können.

Excelente estancia en la isla tranquila. La casa en las alturas de Sóller es encantadora. Un piso pequeño para el ruido de los coches en la carretera de Palma.

Fantastischer Blick!

Die Finca hat einen perfekten Aussenbereich mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönem großen Pool ca 5m mal 10m. Der Blick über Soller und ins Tramuntana Gebirge ist erstklassig. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit(nur leider zu kurz). Die Betreuung von Virginia war ebenfalls sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen das Haus gern weiter. Mini Nachteil ist leider der Fernseher, dieser ist für unseren Geschmack zu klein gewesen.

Phantastisch

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren zu fünft und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Pool ist das Highlight der Finca. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten sind grandios. Zu jeder Zeit findet man einen Schattenplatz oder kann die Sonne genießen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war das einzig schwierige. Aber wenn man erstmal angekommen ist, ist alles vergessen. Die Aussicht entschädigt für alles. Die Aussenküche mit Grill ist ebenfalls wunderbar und leicht zu bedienen. Für uns ist dieser Ort ein Sehnsuchtsort geworden. Wir können ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!
