Esta encantadora y acogedora casa totalmente reformada se encuentra a pocos minutos de la plaza principal. Ofrece un bonito y luminoso salón, una cocina totalmente equipada y un aseo de invitados en la planta baja. La primera planta tiene un baño con ducha, 2 dormitorios conectados, ideal para padres con niños pequeños. Esta habitación está abierta a las escaleras que conducen a la segunda planta, donde se encuentra la habitación nº 3. Esta habitación tiene unas vistas muy bonitas y una cama doble. Esta habitación comparte el baño de la 1ª planta. En el exterior, al otro lado del camino, hay una gran zona de porche, perfecta para disfrutar de agradables comidas, tanto de día como de noche. La terraza de buen tamaño y el jardín con la refrescante piscina invitan a pasar horas al aire libre. También hay un lavadero y un baño completo con ducha.

Sóller ha implantado una Zona de Bajas Emisiones (ZBE) en el centro urbano. Para acceder en coche es necesaria una autorización municipal, salvo que el vehículo sea de cero emisiones.

Esta autorización permite únicamente la circulación (por ejemplo, para descargar equipaje), pero no autoriza a estacionar en la vía pública dentro del centro. El aparcamiento solo está permitido en las zonas públicas habilitadas para ello.

Los aparcamientos públicos se encuentran en las afueras del municipio, aproximadamente a 10–15 minutos a pie del centro.

Great property, really clean and moments from the town. The pool area is perfect and the bathrooms are both modern and clean. Only downsides was the mattresses as they were all very squeaky and uncomfortable. There is a car park next door which you can pay to keep your car there but when arriving and departing, you can’t get near the property to drop off suitcases and luggage as the road is only for residents. We struggled to find the property and ended up going down the wrong roads so expecting fines unfortunately. Just be careful when arriving.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Wonderful villa with gorgeous outdoor space and pool. Very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Very short walk to Soller, and 5 mins on foot to supermarket. Virginia was so accommodating and even honoured our late checkout FOC to coincide with our airport transfer. We can’t wait to stay again.

The local manager Virginia was super helpful with changing dates-of-stay and late checkout. The pool was wonderful, along with the full bathroom nearby. The neighborhood was quiet but only 15 minutes walk to the town center. The lack of A/C was not an issue even in the hot mid-June weather due to the stone construction and ceiling fans.

Absolutely perfect! Home from home! The house was clean, kitted out with everything you could think of. Location was ideal, 10 minute walk in to Soller centre. 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which you can get a 10 minute bus to the port. Cannot fault and would definitely return! Thank you!

Lovely Soller

The property is just 10min walk from Soller town centre. The property is lovely. As mentioned before there is a very squeaky bed that truly wakes you up if you need to move in bed! The property is beautifully furnished. The bathrooms/showers are great. The garden and pool is gorgeous. And the views from the garden are just amazing.

Amazing place

Having been to Soller many times and staying with family, we wanted to find somewhere to stay that would be good for baby, parents and grandparent. This place looked good in the photos, but in reality it is so much better. The outside space is amazing, we spent hardly any time indoors. The house is beautifully rustic (only downside being lack of stair bannister) Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be coming back!

Wonderful house and outside space

Inside the house was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Bedroom layout might not work for everyone but as there were only the two of us we had our pick of rooms. Outside space amazing and having the pool was perfect. Loved it.

Short Mallorca stay

We had a great time. The house really suited us as a family and gave us lots of flexibility. Virginia was extremely helpful. The house has no air conditioning but is cool in the spring. I suspect the bedrooms might be rather warm in the hotter months.

Beautiful garden and comfortable house on the edge of a popular town.

We really enjoyed this quirky property in Sollar where you don’t need to have a car. The garden and pool area are stunning and this is where we spent most of our time. Property was well equipped with some generous inclusions in the price. Owner Virginia was responsive to queries. Good for larger families but not young children.

This property exceeded our expectations! There is literally everything you might need, including a proper Nespresso coffee machine. The swimming pool and outside dining area was wonderful. The many toys were very welcome too. Location was perfect; very close to the town center. Villa was clean and tidy. Very friendly neighbours. We will rent this property any time again!

Beautiful finca close to central Soller

We loved this finca with its beautiful loggia and pool. A quirky interior, with two double bedrooms linked and a shared bathroom on the 1st floor then a twin on the 3rd with spectacular views. The outside bathroom by the pool is brand new, and the laundry room is very practical. The villa is equipped with EVERYTHING! There were even three different sized traditional espresso makers and the nespresso machine. We will definitely be back!

A great property in a fantastic area. The outside area in particular is beautiful and the house is well equipped. The bedroom set-up is a little unconventional (but accurately described in the listing) and whilst it worked fine for us (travelling as a family) it might not work for others. The property is in a quiet area in walking distance to Soller town centre which is lovely. Port de Soller (also lovely) is easily reached by tram which is worth doing but also expensive and we ended up using taxis which were much better value.

Brilliant Location, great holiday home.

The property is great, a well-loved family holiday home which is rented out as it is fully equipped with everything you could need. The ‘road’ between the property and outside space is a shared drive way with the two other properties but we only saw a car go past a handful of times during our two week stay. The location is quiet and secluded but only 5min walk from the supermarket and 10min slow walk to the centre. Whilst the ceiling fans do keep you cool at night, aircon would have made the stay more comfortable. The property could do with a little TLC but overall a great holiday home and we would all 100% come back again.

The pictures really do not do this place justice. It's even better in real life. It was so beautiful when we arrived. The fruit trees, flowers, mountain views were all stunning. The inside has been updated very nicely while still keeping the charm. It's a quick walk into the middle of town. We would stay again without a doubt. The pool was a great bonus. The only thing I would change & I saw others comment about this. The bed in the back bedroom and the upstairs bed are SO squeaky. My husband and i had horrible sleeps because every move we made woke the other person up. For a rental of this caliber, they really need to change out those 2 beds.That is the only fault we could find.

Lovely Home in Soller

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and the location couldn’t have been better! The pool and outside area were where we spent most of our time, such a magical space. We stayed with our parents so the sleeping arrangement was a bit awkward as we had to walk through their room to the bathroom. We tried using the upstairs bedroom but unfortunately with the fan it was still too hot and we both fell into the middle of the bed with the mattress so I would suggest a new mattress in that room! But that didn’t stop us from enjoying all the house had to offer. The downstairs and outside areas were perfect. The property manager was great, very responsive and flexible! It was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our week in Soller! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful home for relaxing and exploring!

About a 5 minute walk from a great grocery store, 10 min or so from downtown Soller. From pool toys to games and puzzles, our family plus grandmother had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Mallorca! We managed without a car thanks to the beautiful wooden train from Palma and Tram to the beach. A well maintained old home with updated bathrooms, powerful fans and beautiful light fixtures! The host/property manager answered questions quickly and had the pool looking beautiful for us. We even made fresh orange juice from oranges on the property! The provided home/yard mosquito spray helped, but bring your own body mosquito repellent. We would definitely return again!
