Great stay!

We stayed at this property for a month . Wonderful neighborhood with friendly people. Both the house and neighborhood pools are lovely. This house is located roughly 30 minutes from siesta and lido beaches. Tampa was a quick 60 minutes. Minutes away from plenty of shopping, entertainment, and parks. We plan to come back!

Disappointing

Beware! The wi-if is not even close to reliable. The host is totally a where of this issue, but it took days for him to admit that the wi-fi his words “is terrible”. The disappointment is he knows but doesn’t disclose prior to renting. Host also admits it is a community wide issue. I have reported this issue to VRBO. I won’t even share the issue with the spa. Host takes no responsibility, for any of the issues. Everything was out of his control. I guess that means being upfront. Very disappointing.The property was clean with an excellent stocked kitchen.

Ten out of Ten

Fantastic family friendly home nestled in a safe neighborhood that is only 5 minutes or so from all the UTC shopping/dining, and 25+/- minutes from Lido Beach depending on traffic. Both owner and home caretaker are easily accessible but also respectful of your privacy. You will not be disappointed with this property.

Perfect family stay

This home could not have been better for our family. 3 full bedrooms as third bedroom closes off from the rest of the home via pocket slider doors. Clean, fully stocked and located just a short drive to UTC shopping or beautiful white sand beaches. Owner was kind enough to let us extend our stay when we were in a bind and the home caretaker Denise was attentive but also respectful of our privacy. A ten out of ten. Do not hesitate to book this property if it is available!

Perfect!

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as expected from photos and descriptions. Super clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to celebrate thanksgiving and a birthday from this lovely home. No surprises… Property Manager was available when needed- ( although, we needed nothing)— Location was convenient for golf - shopping - and beaches. Never a shortage of things to do from this location. Thanks Chris!!👍🏻😎

Beautiful Vacation Home!

We stayed at this vacation home for 2 months. Steve & Chris (Owners) and Denise (Property Manager) are friendly, responsive and very helpful. The home is as described - very clean, nicely maintained and situated in a great community with lots of amenities and beaches close by. Thank you!

Great house

We rented while our house was being built. The location is wonderful and close to everything you might need. The owners are very responsive and easy to deal with. We will absolutely recommend this house to others looking to rent.

Great rental property!

This was a wonderful home that we rented for five weeks. It was clean, very nice community, and property. The owners were very responsive and it was a pleasure staying there. It had absolutely everything we needed.

Great house

We had a great stay at this house. We enjoyed the pool and the beaches while we visited. Chris and Steve were very prompt and responsive. The house has everything you need but not too much clutter. We were easily able to make the house feel like our own for stay. I highly recommend this house.

Chris, Our stay was delightful. The community pool works well (the daily temp. was mostly in the low 80’s) for us so we did not use the house pool and hot tub. Denise was kind enough to lend us chairs for the beach. It would be nice if you had 4 for your guest to use. She and Hans were very hospitable and offered suggestions regarding restaurants and other points of interest. Our favorite restaurants were “The Lucky Pelican” in Lakewood Ranch and the “Starfish” in Cortez. We eventually found the garage door opener in the drawer next to the frig. We left a few condiments in the frig thinking your next guest could use them or not. The thinks to do in Sarasota web sight offered options for activities as well as the sight for St. Petersburg. We checked availability for next year and know your house is already rented. To bad for us as we were considering a stay for a bit longer next year. We know from Denise that your parents have a place across the street that they might perhaps be interested in renting? Let us know. We did make an effort to keep the house clean and neat and hope Denise reported that all was well. Bill & DeDe

Doesn't Get Any Better!

This is truly a home away from home. The property is immaculate, as is the entire neighborhood. It is very peaceful and quite and all the neighbors are respectful and friendly. The home is a little over 2,000 square foot with a hugh master bedroom and master bath. The dining room has a table for 6 with plenty of room to move around. There is a large kitchen with all appliances and a full laundry off the kitchen. A swimming pool with hot tub and a 2 car garage also compliment this property. I never personally met the owner, but he is easy to contact via either text or email. I spend 2 months there and could not have been more pleased.

Beautiful home, wonderful location, Def 5 stars!

We can't say enough about this beautiful home. We stayed in this gorgeous home while being in Florida to help with Irma recovery. The home is recently repainted, extremely clean. and has all amenities you will need. A beautiful pool, plenty of open space in the home, manicured landscaping, quite neighborhood, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. It easily accommodated our needs of 4 adults. The home has a new grill, large refrigerator, all cooking utensils, coffee maker, large TV's in the master, living room, and 2nd bed room, large washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a large garage. The master suite ensemble is separated from the other rooms allowing for plenty of peace and quiet when retiring for the evening. There is ample seating for over a dozen people between the huge dining table, breakfast nook table, and outdoor / pool area table. The color scheme of the home is very relaxing and soothing. The layout of the open floor plan makes the home feel huge. Owners are quick to respond, and bent over backwards to make sure our needs were met. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer and enjoy all the amenities this home and community has to offer. We would highly recommend this location to our friends and family.
