The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.

Social membership
SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP DOESN'T INCLUDED GOLF PRIVILEGS and can be transfer for one month stay or longer.
With social membership you will have access to the tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate.
Fee $359 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.

Pet friendly property. A $250 per pet per stay fee would be incurred for guest with pets.

Non smoking.

Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar - during restaurant reconstruction (May 1 - Dec 31, 2025), tenant dont have to spend anything.

Pool/spa heating is available, price $150/week (payment after arriving cash or check or Zelle transfer).

Kids playpen and chair – on the request.

Garage spaces - you can use them without restrictions, only the owner parks his car in the garage, you can park in the driveway.

Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.

Information for clients who want to book May 1 - December 31, 2025: the main clubhouse building will be undergoing renovations from May 1 - Dec 31, 2025. The restaurant and TIKY bar will be closed, refreshments will be provided by a food truck with limited options. Tenants don't have to spend any food minimum in this time. All other amenities (gyms, pickleball, tennis, pools, golf) will operate without restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
