Guest access The guests will have exclusive access to the entire private apartment. However, please note that the apartment is located within a block, so entry to the apartment will be through the main building door. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY: * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. * Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them *The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. * The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access. * The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. *Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge *We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay *Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Great apartment
Lovely property, beautifully decorated, spacious living accommodation, great balcony space, all essentials provided. The communication beforehand was very good and checking-in and out was very easy. The location is perfect and transport links are fantastic. If I was pushed to find a negative .... we would've liked blinds in the living room, especially since we were using the sofa bed. However, I would recommended this apartment to anyone looking to stay away from the city centre.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. Das Appartment ist super eingerichtet und hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Buchung und die Schlüsselübergabe haben sehr gut funktioniert. Vielen Dank, dass wir in der Unterkunft wohnen durften.
