BEDROOMS/EN-SUITES
Holesfoot is finished to the finest of guest standards. We are fitting all our bathrooms with the highest quality fixtures and fittings including some extraordinary free standing bathtubs. We pride ourselves on our outstanding beds, mattresses & 500 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen.

All of our bedrooms are totally unique in decor and quirks.
The intricately carved wood-panelled master ensuite is the most impressive of all, with a huge free standing copper bathtub at the end of a 4-poster super-king bed, the epitome of luxury!
The other ground floor en-suite has French double doors opening onto its own private patio and garden area where the 12 man hot tub is situated.
The top floor of the house has been converted into 2 stunning spacious en-suites with exposed beams, free standing bath tubs at the end of super-king beds, overlooking beautiful views of the private grounds. In between these 2 top rooms is a cosy kids area and a living room that can sleep 4 children in a double sofa bed and 2 whimsical single bunks in the eaves of the roof beams.
The first floor is home to 4 stylish bedrooms (3 super-king & 1 king) and 3 stunning new bathrooms.
One of these is an ideal family room, with its own single sofa bed in the room and plenty of space for a travel cot. The safari decor & copper bathtub ensuite make it a fun & stylish space.
The Bakehouse (+£150p/n):
There is a charming self-contained annex attached to the house which has a totally unique feeling to the rest of the house. Featuring a huge antique cast iron range, a log burner, an old well & pump at the end of the super-king bed, a quirky little kitchen, exposed beams throughout & a brand new bathroom with a double ended bath tub for a romantic, secluded little hide-out for 2 of your lucky guests (plus space for 2 more in a double sofa bed) This space should be taken if your party exceeds 16 adults.

KITCHEN
Designed around entertaining large parties; the solid oak cabinets afford lots of room for preparing big meals, a large island and 2 cookers including a 4 oven Aga for those wanting to just watch the cooking and warm their backside!

OTHER

-Guests can relax in the cosy living room; warm your feet in front of the grand open fire, cuddle up for a movie night on the comfy sofas with your choice of Sky/Amazon/ Netflix, or choose a game or a book from the library.
-Move into the Breakfast room for pre-dinner drinks/ cocktails.
-Finally, the Long room, possibly the most impressive of all provides the setting for the most epic of all dining experiences. Featuring a large oak dining table designed for dancing on, & a chest full of ridiculous fancy dress items!

DOGS
Only allowed by specific request & if you agree in advance to our rules. The back hallway cloak room is our dog friendly zone. This opens onto an enclosed courtyard with a hot/cold outdoor shower. Please keep dogs under control outside of this area as there are other animals & large working machinery around the grounds.

PARKING-
Please ignore any signs on the driveway and come straight down the main drive to the back of the house. Here, you will find ample space for parking outside the cobbled courtyard. The back door in here is your main entrance into the house.
