The property is offered on a self catering basis if you want to cook for yourself and is situated in Baclayon away from the humdrum of the city but with is within easy reach by car. Check Google maps “Balay Kasadya”

If you like activities and family parties we have a pool, Videoke, cinema room or if you just want to chill check out our roof deck.

The property is 15 minutes away from the famous Panglao island with stunning white beaches or check out the countryside tour to chocolate hills, waterfalls or cruise on the Loboc river. Please note we only allow a maximum of 10 person at the property

Beautiful house with pool

Can't fault this property. Such a nice place the pool was great to unwind and relax after a long day of site seeing. Shout out to the care takers Sarah and Raymund who was always there to service our needs. Thanks so much hope to be back soon.

Secluded and modern

The house is nice, modern, but the shower, are not design for tall people. The caretakers are very attentive and helpful. The house is hard to find since VRBO did not gives us proper description. We would stay again since we know how to get there…

Gorgeous luxurious villa thats perfect for familes who want to relax and destress.

My family stayed in this villa for a couple of nights and we very much enjoyed our stay! The villa is super gorgeous as its shown in the picture. Excellent cleanliness, very hi tech not to mention the beautiful chandeliers hanging made us feel living like a millionaire! 😄 the house was huge and can fit to a party! Its like everyone’s dream house! The owner terry was the best! Very kind and considerate also the housekeepers sarah and raymond were very kind and helpful to us. We wish we could stay longer. Highly recommended!!!

Best vacation ever!

To say our time in Bohol was amazing is an understatement. Bohol is what I needed to unwind and enjoy downtime with my family and “framily.” Terry and Angel’s beautiful property was the perfect setting. The home is technological advance with controls at the press of a button. Everything you may need is provided as if you were home. Stunning is the word I kept using. Rhaymund and Sarah were great onsite resources. My whole crew did not want to leave but I am certain we will recommend and return to this property. Terry and Angel….grateful for sharing your home and for being such gracious hosts.
