Este condominio hermoso y popular condominio Oceania se encuentra en el piso 10, con vistas a la piscina, la playa de arena y el océano. Puedes sentarte, relajarte y disfrutar viendo cómo juegan los delfines nariz de botella y, si tienes suerte, puedes ver ocasionalmente la superficie de la ballena que te deja sin aliento. Este condominio está rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas, muelle de pesca, y puede caminar por millas en la playa en cualquier dirección. El complejo está cerrado, cuenta con piscina, jacuzzi, sauna y un maravilloso gimnasio.

Absolutely beautiful condo!! The view is mesmerizing and the condo is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Magaly and Mona were amazing! I highly recommend this condo when coming to Jacksonville!

This place is superb vacation rental. Very clean with all the conveniences and essentials not typically expected at vacation rentals. Information and instructions provided by the host were clear and precise. Excellent location - you get beach town vibe, but with the big city within short drive. And then there is a beach and the view. Hopefully pictures speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

WOW!!!

We enjoyed everything about this condo and area. The property manger, Magaly, was outstanding and accommodating. Her friend and assistant, Mona, was so caring and helpful. These two make sure you are taken care of. The condo has everything you need for comfort, cooking, games and beach supplies. Magaly has nothing but the best regarding quality. Sheets, towels, kitchen items were perfect. I have nothing but positive things to say about this past 7 weeks. Fun and relaxing!! This home away from home is located to so many excellent restaurants within 2 to 15 minutes. North Beach Fish Camp, Restaurant Doro, Dockside Seafood, SoNapa Grille, Mezza Luna, Poe's Tavern, Le Petit Paris, Salt Life Food Shack, Hawkers Asian Street Food and The Local to name a few. St Augustine has two fine restaurants that Magaly introduced us to: The Reef and Caps. They are approximately 30 minutes away from the condo. Definitely worth the drive.Plus the condominium complex is extremely safe and secure.Thank you Magaly and Mona for making our stay perfect!!!

Beautiful Condo-stunning views

The hosts were exceptional. Everything you could possibly want was provided from dishes, cooking equipment, (3) coffee makers, and essentials like paper towels, saran wrap etc. We enjoyed going to nearby Publix and making breakfast and dinner at the condo enjoying the beautiful view and saving lots of money on eating out. My only disappointment was I did not see any whales or dolphins although I searched the ocean every day. This is a good excuse to return, highly recommend

This is a beautiful property. It is secure and is right on the beach. Very clean and bright. The master bedroom has privacy from the rest of the unit and opens to the balcony. You can leave the door open to listen to the waves if weather permits. The owner and manager are both easy to deal with and the manager is very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Great property right on the beach. Everything was as it said it was from the website. The owner and contact were amazing to work with and responded quickly. Plenty of great places to walk to to eat or just a short driveway. We went down for the Browns game and drove into the city of Jacksonville and had an awesome time. The place is beautiful and very secure. I took my special needs and didn’t have to worry about him getting out or in without me

Wonderful week spent in this beautiful condo. Had everything we needed, watched the sunrise each day from our deck, right on the beach, location couldn’t be better. Communication was excellent with Mona & checking in/out went smoothly.

Relaxing beach rental

Excellent, QUIET property for a relaxing beach vacation! Great proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and some activities. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cart were a perfect addition so we didn’t have to travel with our own or purchase them!

I have stayed at numerous places in Jax beach. This condo was the cleanest, best equipped, and best experience by far. They have thought of everything and are wonderful to deal with. Mona is a gem! I plan to stay here each time I come back to Jax.

Wonderful in every way

Everything about this condo was perfect. I thought because we were going during spring break it would have been busy/loud but it was calm and quiet which was perfect for my family. Condo was exactly as expected based on the description and what I saw in the reviews. Clean, well appointed, communication with the owners was all perfect. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

Spring Festival Week

We vacationed for years utilizing the home rental agencies on line. Many are of medium to less than medium ratings in our opinions. This place and is so much better than most! Mona thought of absolutely everything for her guests. It was a gorgeous view, perfect location, very quiet condo, the list goes on. This place is a must for the traveler that appreciates a great host!

Hello, my name is Magaly Kramp. I am a retired travel agent and I assist potential guests in booking this unit in behalf of the owners, whom are my very good friends of 35+ years.
As an agent of 25+ years, and a world traveler myself, I feel that I know exactly what a vacationer wants; a clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, and adequately equipped home away from home.
This unit has been under my supervision since 2006 and there is nothing I love more than for a guest to tell me "this condo is more than what I was hoping for" or "I feel at home here" or "the pictures do not do this unit justice". That is when I know I have done my job well.
My helper and right hand, Mona Peterson, and I have been good friends since 1995 and she has been a HUGE part of our taking great care of this unit as well as our wonderful guests.
Mona meets our guests at the condo upon arrival and shows them around plus answers all their questions. From the very beginning of Mona's and mine vacation rental venture, all our guests have always been very happy with our efforts to keep this unit as perfect as possible and every one of our guests have let us know of their approval. And they all let me know, repeatedly, how much they love Mona.
Bottom line, we may not be the owners, but we take care of this unit as if it was our very own, we make sure it's well maintained and we are very proud of our accomplishments.
Our success is also demonstrated in the many yearly repeat guest we have. :)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This complex is in a perfect location, it is the smallest of the high rise complexes located at the beach and therefore it is quiet and peaceful. The property is gated and the parking enclosed, nice safe feelings. Then on the other hand, if you are into clubs and such, there are a few just a few blocks south of the complex. Perfect for all needs.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I like that we are next door to the Hampton Inn and other hotels, which makes it possible for our guests to rent really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, tents....etc, if they wish.
Unit is within walking distance to several restaurants, the pier, Natural food grocery store....
