Apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, additionally there is a twin bed/ ottoman and a queen sleeper bed in the living room.

Condo was just as pictured! Very clean and host was very responsive although we had few questions! Check in instructions were provided on the VRBO listing along with access codes and property amenity information. Host provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels! We basically unpacked and enjoyed a beautiful Thanksgiving week on the beach! Our first trip to Jacksonville Beach and we are already looking forward to a return trip! A GREAT VRBO listing and host!

Beautiful condo and location. Checkin was smooth. Small miscommunication about the access fobs that can easily be corrected with an email or SMS or a note on the back of the front door.

Beautiful condo. Owners responded quickly regarding a few initial questions despite being overseas at the time. We appreciated it, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Beach

The condo was overall ok but checking in was bad. The gate would not open to the parking lot despite putting in the code. We had to wait until someone was leaving to get inside the gate. Then there was a step left out when trying to get into the condo taking 30-45 minutes to get a response of how to get into the condo. We were left out in a thunderstorm with perishable items. Luckily the people staying in the next condo came and placed our perishable items in their freezer until we got in. Having 1 fob for the building and getting to the beach or pool for 4 adults was not ideal as either everyone had to stay or go. It did not allow flexibility for others to do their own thing.Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Hair and dirt was found on the counter fixtures and walls that did not come from us.

Fantastic beachfront location

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this beachfront condo and would definitely stay again. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are really impressive – enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony.The unit is well-maintained with good amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation while listening to the waves.The complex is nicely kept with a clean pool area and helpful management.Good location as well – convenient to restaurants but still feels quiet and relaxing. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable oceanfront rental.

Ocean view condo

Love the view. Decor was very nice easy living casual yet elegant. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub and pool were excellent. Anyone staying there has got to have fun, as well as being amazed and thrilled by the sunrise over the ocean in the early morning

Underwhelming

Great location but inside leaves much to be desired. Couch was filthy, silverware rusty, tile floor needed to be cleaned- which we cleaned before moving in for the month.

Wonderful stay with gorgeous ocean views!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable condo right on the beach. Angella was so helpful and responsive. All our questions were answered quickly - she even came by with beach chairs for us. We had a wonderful time!

Great condo in an excellent location

My wife and I stayed here in March, and had a great experience. For reference, this is the third condo that we've stayed at in this building (we've been down 3 years in a row), and we enjoyed this one the most. High-end finishes, a responsive host, and an extremely simple, zero-touch check-in make this one a do-over for us.

Spectacular sunrise spot on the beach

The home is luxurious and very well appointed. Its location for beach walks, sunrises, access to restaurants and Jacksonville and St. Augustine is outstanding. We also found the property manager very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home for a memorable stay.

Great Ocean View & Perfect Location

This was one of the nicest condos we’ve ever booked! The condo is cozy and comfortable, yet each bedroom and bath are private and large. Pull out sofa in the living room and futon in the 2nd bedroom. King beds in both, nicely furnished and decorated throughout. Very close to lots of restaurants and shops. We just loved it! The only suggestion we could give is to add TVs in the bedrooms. It’s not a big deal for some, but it would have been great since we had 2 families together and not wanting to watch the same things. The owner was SO accommodating and made our stay the perfect getaway. Would stay again for sure!!!

Condo very clean with stylish decor. The only exception is the beds were hard. All the rest very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped.

Thoroughly pleased week at Jax Beach

Overlooking the Atlantic, on the beach, with every accommodation we wanted and more. No noise. Impressively clean. Well appointed and gorgeous view. Roomy but coozy. Fast elevators was a big plus too. Cart for beach provided, even beach towels. New appliances throughout. Great area for seafood lovers. Freshest seafood I've had. Favorite for me was Salt Life Grill and Seafood. We were pleased everywhere else we tried too. Best Breakfast around at Metro Diner 2 blocks away. Mex, Ital, Philly Cheese... homey pizza place walking distance. Nice pool, well kept grounds, secure. Park on north side in Sept- Dec for shade.
