Stunning 2 Bed Georgian Apartment
Spacious and stylish 2 bed apartment benefitting from 2 parking spaces, use of the communal grounds, complimentary Netflix and Prime Video / Music. Situated in a gated and tranquil exclusive development on the outskirts of town with the broads, coast and city all within easy reach. This is the perfect location to explore all that beautiful North Norfolk has to offer.
All rooms feeling extremely bright, airy and spacious with a contemporary feel amongst period features. The lounge, kitchen diner is well equipped. There is a 43 inch smart tv and Alexa dot both with complimentary prime. You will find a large 3 seater sofa with accompanying 1 seater lounger. The dining table comfortably sits 4. There is a lovely ornate feature fireplace located on the far side of the room. There are views out to the garden from the large oversized windows.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and contemporary chest of draws. The master has a large king sized bed, 32 inch smart tv, chaise lounge and single seater lounger. There is also a feature fireplace. This is a large and incredibly bright room to enjoy. There is also a walk in dressing room and ensuite from this room.
We have provided high end fixtures and furnishing throughout. It is a lovely home from home space to enjoy. The large peaceful garden is shared between just 3 apartments.
I am of course biased but it truly is a wonderful location and space to enjoy.
The development offers a private and peaceful location, i instantly feel relaxed as soon as i arrive. It has a prestigeous and exclusive feel.
The Bluebell pub is located just 1 minute walk from the private drive which is rather handy! We are also just a short walk from Pigneys wood and Bacton woods. Weavers way a 61 mile long distance footpath is also located just down the road making it a wonderful location for cyclists and walkers to explore. The closest beach is just 4 miles away with the broads 6 miles away. Norwich City centre is 15 miles making this the perfect destination to explore North Norfolk.
All cleaning products are now eco to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment and sustainability.
