Amantes de la naturaleza y los animales. Vista panorámica, casa romántica con atención al detalle con una bonita cocina, chimenea, cama doble (alcoba) y dos literas, baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro.
Toda la propiedad está disponible con olivos, frutas y todo lo que hay! ¡Sin vecino, privacidad!
Gran terraza exterior con mesa de comedor, horno de leña y barbacoa, piscina con zona para tomar el sol y tumbonas, ducha fría para la piscina y ducha de agua caliente con aroma de romero.
La casa está en una propiedad privada (9,000 m2), el alquiler incluye toda la propiedad.
El pueblo (medieval) está a unos 700 metros y también se puede llegar a pie.

Sehr Romantisches, einsam gelegenes Haus mit Pool, inmitten einer uneinsehbaren Oliven Plantage.

Das sehr große Grundstück steht Ihnen zur vollen Verfügung. Das Urlaubshaus liegt sehr zentral in der Toskana,

zwischen dem 20 km entierran Volterra y dem 30 km entfernten Pisa.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermärkten in der Umgebung. Das kleine typische Städtchen Pecciolli liegt

en aprox. 2-3 km Entfernung.

Neben dem urigen Pizzaofen stehnen eine zusätzliche warme Außendusche, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Kühl und Gefrierkombination zur Verfügung.

Die große, teilweise überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Wir haben wundervolle 14 Tage in dem liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sprechen englisch und somit gab es mit der Kommunikation keine Probleme. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können dieses Domizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung und Ruhe.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Antonella. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier verkehrt, wer aber Ruhe, Entspannug und Zweisamkeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für unseren Hund war das eingezäunte riesen Grundstück perfekt. Alle Ausflugsziele (Florenz, Pisa, Meer) erreicht man unter einer Stunde. Der Ort Peccioli bietet alles was man benötigt und auch dort ist es sehr einladend. Das kleine Städtchen ist niedlich und die Umgebung kann per Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erkundet werden. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub und wir wären gern länger geblieben. Antonella ist eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation verlief immer freundlich und schnell.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine ganz wundervolle Zeit im Haus und dem schönen Garten mit Pool.Hervorzuheben sind die Ruhe, die Einsamkeit und die schöne Lage unweit von Peccioli. Das Städtchen ist unbedingt sehenswert mit seiner Kunst und den netten Einwohnern.Antonella war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, bei Fragen gab sie sofort hilfreiche Tipps.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Petit havre de paix

Le logement était bien situé, au calme et dans la campagne. A 2 mn de Peccioli. Ka maison est agréable. Il manque une hotte pour la cuisine car les odeurs de cuisson gènent dans cette pièce unique. Pas de chance pour nous, car nous avions des punaises dans la maison en cette saison.

Ruhige Lagw, perfekt für Tierfreunde und Familie

Besitzerin sehr nett und tierfreundlich. Englisch nicht das Beste aber reicht aus. An sich sauber, auf dem Grundstück befindet sich jedoch etwas alter Schrott und die Matratze draußen ist vom Wetter geprägt. Innen sauber, nur an unübersichtlichen Ecken eingestaubt. Würden wieder kommwn.

Charming Cottage

We were looking for a rustic place to use as a base for exploring the cities and villages of Tuscany. Casa de Sol did the job. Tucked away in the middle of an olive grove and vineyard, we enjoyed the privacy, the views, and were just a five minute drive into town.

Parfait séjour

Maison au calme absolu au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Bien aménagée, il ne manque rien pour y vivre agréablement. Sécurisée par des moustiquaires pour les animaux, ce qui permet une aération optimale. La climatisation aide également bien en cas de fortes chaleurs. L’extérieur est très agréable pour les repas et la lecture. Piscine très appréciée. Antonella est une dame charmante, discrète et bien attentive au bien-être de ses hôtes. Merci pour tout !

Cozy vacation house in tranquil surroundings

Beautiful house with all amenities needed to enjoy a beautiful Tuscan vacation. Large yard, olive trees, swimming pool, NO neighbors. Get the peace and quiet you need. Places to visit, e.g. San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Siena, just a stone's throw away. The host, Antonella, is kind and helpful if needed. Total recommendation for Tuscany lovers! Tip: try the local produce in the small shops in La Rosa - only a few minutes to drive down the hill...

Private paradise

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights and it was glorious! The views are stunning, it's so quiet and relaxing with complete privacy! This little house is situated close to the beautiful town of Peccioli and there are grocery shops minutes away. Everything you would need is close by. If you want a peaceful relaxing place this is it! Antonella is lovely and helpful to! Congratulations to Peccioli on winning the Borgo Dei Borghi award this year! ❤️

Incredible for a romantic getaway

We stayed there with my wife for over a week, and it was one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had, we regret that we didn't stay for longer. The house itself is beautiful, with a lot of pretty details, like you're in a magazine; and with everything you might need during your stay, and more (although a microwave would be a welcome addition; but there was a small oven which was good enough for reheating some food). It stays cool enough during the day and reasonable during the night. I don't think you'll ever need an aircon even at summer. And the house is set in a nice and huge garden on a hillside (roughly equally divided between olive trees, hillside, and wilderness), which is absolutely, totally private and isolated. Nobody can see or hear you, you cannot hear or see anybody (except for the small part at the bottom of the garden that faces another field), perfect for spending time together with your loved ones! The pool is nice and large enough; it was an interesting experience to try the pizza oven. There were mosquitoes on the terrace in the evening, but mosquito coils keep them at bay. We don't drive, and the location is very good for such a house; a beautiful village of Peccioli with all its sights and small stores and cafes is twenty minute walk away; there is a large supermarket in forty minutes walk; bus stop with connections to the train station is five minutes away. It's so much better than we expected, highly recommend, and we'll definitely return!

Wir wurden herzlichst von Antonella empfangen und auch wärmend unseres Aufenthalts hatte sie stets ein offenes Ohr für uns und wertvolle Tipps. Der Pizzaofen ist das absolute Highlight! Wir haben mit meinem Bruder und Familie einen tollen Nachmittag mit selbst gebackener Pizza, die sich nach Einschätzung aller Mitesser nicht hinter der einer Pizzeria der näheren Umgebung verstecken braucht, verbracht. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe in ihrem Irlaub suchen!

Kleines Idyll

Kleines Haus mit großer Terrasse auf großem Grundstück und in völliger Alleinlage. Der in vielen Kommentaren erwähnte fehlende Luxus, bzw. die Einfachheit ist ja genau das, was man sucht, wenn man sich auf das Inserat einlässt und ist eher ein Pluspunkt. Auch der geniale Steinofen zum Pizza backen hat es uns angetan und wurde natürlich ausprobiert...nach einer Eingewöhnung, einfach herrlich. Der Pool ist zweckmäßig und mit 1 Meter Tiefe eher zur Abkühlung geeignet. Einen Stern mussten wir in der Bewertung abziehen. Für mich als leidenschaftlicher Grillfreund war der Holzkohlengrill eine einzige Zumutung. So ein verrosteter "Schrott" gehört auf den Müll, aber nicht in Gästehände. Sorry Antonella, aber das ist Dir bestimmt bei der Besichtigung in meinem Gesichtsausdruck aufgefallen. Des Weiteren sind ein paar Dinge sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem hat das Anwesen unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und in Teilen auch übertroffen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort, zentral gelegen zwischen Pisa und Florenz, mit dem Kleinod Peccioli, den man unbedingt zu Fuß vom Haus erkunden sollte.

Kleines Haus für uns allein

Das Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist zwar nur ein größerer Raum plus Bad, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war sauber und der Pool ist natürlich auch ein Highlight. Man ist vollkommen ungestört. Wir werden wiederkommen. Kommunikation mit Antonella war problemlos.

I love cooking pizza for my guests, I like good wine and being with friends.
I bought this property that was a piece of land collapsed and abandoned for years, with the time I treated with love, I put every plant and flower, I helped the bricklayers to lay each brick to build this place that I find delicious.

I have to balance the costs of maintenance, but it is always nice to meet new people and see the joy of the guests, romantic couples who love swimming in the pool at night, that of parents who leave children free, that of people seeking relaxation.
I thank all the enthusiasm and positivity that they transmit to me, because they give me the recognition of having built a little corner of paradise.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house is alone on the slope of the hill and is situated on a land from which a beautiful regenerating energy is released.
It is good to see that everyone, people and animals benefit from it.
It's nice to be outdoors all day, take a shower outside, watch the sunset, sit under the trees and watch the view.
I recommend going in the evening to visit the town of Peccioli and many other surrounding villages full of typical locales: Terricciola, Lari (visit the castle) Chianni, Rivalto, Casciana Terme etc.
I recommend visiting the Piaggio museum 10 'away and it's free;
for those who love thermal waters, I recommend spending a whole day in the Casciana hydromassage baths.
