Barn with swimming pool near some of Tuscany's most evocative villages

You will stay in a finely renovated barn equipped with an exclusive garden equipped with furniture and a small fenced courtyard suitable for pets.
The house is located in a small fenced village made up of 8 apartments in total which share a charming swimming pool and a well-kept 4000 square meter park full of typical vegetation. The pool is equipped exclusively with two sunbeds, an umbrella, a table and an armchair. The house is finely furnished in Tuscan style. The kitchen is electric and equipped with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. We provide linen for all rooms at the cost. The house is equipped with crockery, plates, glasses (even glasses) suitable for the rustic but refined environment.
We are ready to welcome you to provide you with a memorable experience and many useful tips for visiting suggestive villages within a 30-minute drive such as San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Peccioli, Monteriggioni and famous art cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca 1 hour by car. Possibility of reaching the beaches of Tuscany in about an hour. We are in the heart of a fantastic region and available to suggest experiences to get to know an area rich in oil and wine production and crossed by historical routes such as the Via Francigena and the Via del Sale to be done on foot or by bike, alone or with guides enabled.
Despite being in the countryside, near the structure (within 500 metres) there are typical restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste Tuscan and Italian cuisine.
The house is very large (about 90 m2) equipped with a double living area. The first part is composed of an open kitchen with dining area (table that seats up to 8), the second of a sofa bed and a stylish fireplace, as well as a large wicker armchair. This area overlooks an exclusive and fenced side courtyard with external sink. The space is suitable if you are traveling with pets. On the side there is the main bathroom with shower and bidet and window. On the opposite side you enter the very large double bedroom with wardrobe, double bed and single bed. From here you access the service bathroom, with toilet and sink. In front of the entrance to the house overlooking the living area there is the exclusive garden on two levels with a table, six chairs and a bench, all in white outdoor wood. Two sunbeds are also available which are added to the exclusive equipment already present in the pool (two sunbeds, an umbrella, a table and an armchair).
