A cozy 30-square-meter apartment for 3 people, located on the first floor of a building (a few steps to enter). The property is centrally located, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, in an area with plenty of amenities and strategically positioned for easy access to the city center’s main attractions—such as Piazza Duomo, Castello Ursino, and Teatro Bellini—either on foot or by public transportation.<br><br>The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom on the loft, and a bathroom.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br>- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (two-burner gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, microwave, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, flat-screen TV, closet, and single sofa bed;<br><br>- BEDROOM on the loft with a double bed;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (1 split unit), washing machine, mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE:<br><br>- The stairs leading to the loft are NOT equipped with safety railings.<br><br>- Please note that there are a few steps at the entrance and one step leading to the bathroom.<br><br><br><br>The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.<br><br><br><br>We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in.
