There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and a hallway leading to the vibrant open kitchen/dining area; this area is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking appliances and equipment needed to rustle up family meals.
A door from the kitchen leads both to the utility room, containing all laundry amenities and a toilet, and the back garden. The garden is quaint and completely secluded, with a small lawn and boarded seating area for early morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
There’s a bright and spacious family bathroom up the stairs right before you reach the first floor, in which you’ll find the free-standing bath and a separate shower cubicle.
On the first floor is three bedrooms and a large shared wardrobe.
