It has a family bathroom and shower, 2 toilets, back garden to relax and a garage. Spacious furnished living room, dining area, fully kitted kitchen with utensils and amenities. It has 3 free car parking spaces. Flat screen TV in each room with Netflix and cable, free fast wifi, central heating, fans in each room, beddings and linens are provided.
Olive is a 3/4 bedroom modern house with conservatory, free parking spaces, a garage and a good size garden. It comes with a good size family bathroom, shower, toilet and 1 additional guest toilet. The house has a fully kitted kitchen with utensils and amenities, dining area/lounge, furnished living area with smart TV (Netflix and cable), furnished conservatory with its own sitting area and spaces to relax, fast free wifi. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room (extra makeshift / sofa beds can also be provided). Linens, towels and beddings are provided.

5) Quiet neighbourhood, shops, pubs, restaurants are in close proximity, with 3 train stations nearby, close to bus stops and easy access to central London.
The property is situated in a quiet area in Chafford Hundred, close to Grays town centre, Lakeside and Orset, with good transport links into London (40 mins train ride) and easy access to major motorway and A13m / M25 motorway. Lakeside shopping complex is 8 mins drive, Grays town centre / train station is 6 mins drive, Chafford Hundred is 8 mins drive. Shops, restaurants, local offline shops, malls are a few mins away.
