For this reason, we have compiled a few pointers that we would politely ask guests to note before their arrival and practice throughout their stay:

- 🧽 Keep property clean and tidy
- ♻️ Correctly dispose rubbish in designated bins (black for refuse and green for recycling)

PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our 'first/last reminder', PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a £200 security/police callout surcharge
