Inside the main house, the large rooms feature polished stone floors and authentic Sabina wood beams that evoke a rustic ambiance. The living space comprises a lounge area and an open plan kitchen/dining area. The first floor master suite with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower has access to a small terrace, while three other double bedrooms with air conditioning and period features are located in the main house, with two of them featuring en-suite bathrooms.

An additional two bedrooms with air conditioning and period features are situated in a separate guest house (casita) that also includes a living space and fully equipped kitchen. Housekeeping is included, with one day cleaning per week and two days cleaning per week in July and August. The standard check-in time is 16:00, and the standard check-out time is 10:00.
