Nuevo apartamento de lujo con vistas panorámicas al océano

Situado en la tranquila bahia de Cala Carbó, con vistas a la famosa isla Es Vedra. Las playas (bueno para niños) de Cala Carbó, Cala Vadella y Cala Tarida a unos 5 minutos y las bahías como Cala Comte, Cala d'Hort, en sólo 5 a 10 minutos en coche. El pequeño pueblo de San José en 10 minutos en coche y la capital, la ciudad de Ibiza en 30 minutos en coche. Playas como Cala Jundal, Ses Salines y la de Talamanca dentro de media hora en coche. El complejo de apartamentos está situado en una colina y rodeado de otros acontecimientos y villas, a pocos pasos hay un supermercado y un restaurante de la cadera. El apartamento es muy amplio después de entrar por la puerta las vistas son increíbles. Para la parte de atrás del salón hay un comedor y sala de cine y hay una cocina completa con horno, nevera y lavadero independiente. A través de puertas correderas hay acceso a la terraza, parcialmente cubierta con vistas al mar a Es Vedra. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con baño privado, armario amplio. Hay Wifi y Cable TV

Fantastische Ferien

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Auch im Sommer war es nicht heiß durch die Lage am Hang. Tolle Aufteilung der Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, gute Betreuung auch vor Ort bei Fragen. Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Top Location!

We have stayed in the apartment during spring break with our (jong) children. The apartment is very big, modern, clean and comfortable. Very well equiped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook your own meals (and also plastic tableware for the kids). The terrace is very spacious and sunny all day, with an incredible vieuw! Also the location is great. Cala Vadella, d'hort and Carbo in 5 minutes by car, other major beaches like Cala Tarida, Cala Bassa and San Antoni are reached within 15 minutes. The supermarket and restaurant La Sardina Loca (very nice!) are in walking distance. There are also multiple restaurants in the direct area. We would defenitly recommend this apartment and are looking forward to stay there again.

This place was awesome!!

Amazing terrace and fantastic view! The whole place was great, bedrooms were nice, living space was good inside and outside was awesome. Location is close to the beach and multiple restaurants and markets. Rental agent was helpful. Would definitely stay there again if back in Ibiza.

This Appartment deserves 10 Stars ! One of the best locations on the whole Island

One of the best locations on the whole Island with majestic and breathtaking views of Es Vedra rising out of the sea where the sun falls on the large terrace from dawn till dusk. Sitting on the terrace with the views of Es Vedra during the day, or the stars at night is priceless. As a family of 6 with grown up children it was easy to get lost in this huge apartment, generous kitchen with all the facilities you could wish for if your self catering, with shaded eating space on the outside terrace, perfect for a relaxing week. Features include "Antarctic" chilled air-con, Pool table for matches in the big comfortable lounge, lightening fast Wi-Fi kept "the kids" happy. The enormous sofa big enough for everyone to sit on to enjoy the Plasma TV, music system, well stocked film library. You can also rest easy after a busy day of activities or doing nothing on the big comfortable beds, the area is quite and peaceful. Security is a feature of this apartment with the external door locking into the entire frame, all glazed windows lock securely, it is alarmed and has a safe as well. There are external gates to gain access to the apartment as well, we felt very secure during our stay. both in the apartment and leaving our possessions when out for the day. Sheina and her agent Fernando are great people easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, both booking the apartment and during our stay, we will definitely stay here again. In fact the truth be told we never wanted to leave it was such a great experience this apartment exceeded our expectations. The "Sardina Loca" local bar/Restaurant and Local well stocked SPA is only 5 mins walk away, with 6 people easy to carry all the shopping back, or go for a meal or two. Good food and reasonable prices. This holiday we decided to go "Car free" across the island and have a bit of a walking holiday using public transport, taxi's and water taxis across Ibiza. Our family are all quite active and enjoy outdoor activities we found that in this area Cala Vadella, Cala Carbo, and Cala d'Hort are all walkable. If you are wanting to get a taxi to another part of the island I would recommend using the "Sardina Loca" as the RV point, Taxi drivers know where it is. The Taxi company that covers this part of the Island can be reached on +34 979 80 00 80. This is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would give it 10 Stars but there where only 5 to select, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic apartment with breathtaking view

We stayed here for a week in June, and were blown away by the view. The pictures really don’t do that view of Es Vedra justice. The apartment is clean, modern and comes complete with everything you need. The beds are comfy, there’s loads of space, and we felt very safe there. No one overlooks the balcony so it’s also very private. It comes complete with a parking space, and is also alarmed and has a safe. Not that we need worry - as the area is very quiet and secure but it puts your mind at ease. Sheina and Fernando who we dealt with before and during our stay couldn’t have been more helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Awesome apartment with a magical view.

November might not be the obvious time to go to Ibiza, but we had a blissful long weekend. It's a lovely apartment with a breathtaking, private terrace. Put an Ibiza chill-out playlist on the sound system and relax.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Bilder im Internet haben nicht zu viel versprochen - der einzigartige Blick zum Es Vedra versüßte uns jeden Tag. Es war ein Fest. Ich würde es meiner Familie und meinen Freunden wärmstens empfehlen, aber am liebsten ganz bald selbst wieder den Komfort genießen. (:

A spacious, modern apartment with an outstanding view across the bay to Es Vedra.

We booked the apartment for a family holiday in October. It lived up to our expectations having read the reviews and looked at the stunning photographs. We were a mixed age-group party and found that the amenities and location had something for everyone. Lots of lovely coves for swimming and sunbathing and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The pool was beautifully clean and well-maintained. The apartment was well-appointed and made for very comfortable stay. There was lots of space, nice fixtures and fittings and of course the wonderful balcony. We shopped in the well-stocked Spa nearby and occasionally Sant Josep. Richard was very helpful as was his local representative. All of our correspondence was answered promptly. We would love to return and would recommend this apartment.

Prachtig!!

We komen als familie zijnde al heel wat jaartjes in Ibiza en hebben op verschillende plekken gelogeerd. Dit appartement is denken/vinden wij een van de allermooiste appartementen in Ibiza. Giga groot maar toch gezellig en terras en uitzicht zijn onovertroffen. Leuke stranden (Cala Vedella, Cala Tarida etc) vlakbij. Echt een aanrader voor (grote) gezinnen!!!!

Fantastic Holiday!

In june we spend a week in this fantastic apartment. The view is indescribable and the apartment is fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked again for September. The owner is nice and very helpful. We recommend a stay here.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce somptueux appartement à la vue époustouflante sur Es Vedra. Le logement est très bien équipé et très spacieux. La piscine extra. Situé dans un endroit très calme et chic, à proximité des plus belles plages de l île. Merci à Richard, un propriétaire au petit soin pour ces hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement ce produit largement à la hauteur de nos espérances.

Stunning apartment overlooking Es Vedra

My family spent a truly wonderful week in the apartment. We were a mixed age, 2 family group of people attending Ibiza for a wedding with 8 people in total and the apartment catered for everyone. Big enough to have your own space, relaxing and eating area outside in the shade to escape from the intense heat if that's what you want, fabulous aircon inside as well as Wifi and music system and very popular pool table in the lounge. The first time we stood on the verandah and saw the view of Es Vedra that you will never get tired looking at, we were all blown away. All facilities are well thought out with plenty of equipment in the kitchen and with washing and drying facilities. Overall, we couldn't have expected anything more. Excellent communication from Richard who was very patient answering my many many questions. We were all very sad to leave and were we to return to Ibiza in a group that size, this would be our first choice. In fact, a number of other family members visited us briefly during the course of the week who were staying in other parts of the island, and they also thought the apartment was stunning. The Spar nearby stocks all you could possibly need (watch out, closes for siesta mid afternoon). We had our own car but our visitors found that taxi drivers need a helping hand to find it! Beach 1 mile away with beach side cafes and great restaurants at Cala Vadella. Writing this review now makes me wish myself back there! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Spacious, clean, well equipped

This apartment is a home away from home, nestled on a hill with views of Es Vedra, full of peace and tranquility. The apartment is very well equipped with comfortable furniture and plenty of space for all. A car is necessary however we found it easy to travel by taxi to all the towns. The owner was very helpful giving us plenty of advice before our arrival. If I ever return to the party island I will definitely stay here again.

Surely we are coming back.

Our holiday home is part of a holiday resort which is built in the form of a huge terrace house and offers a high-class comfort. A swimming pool is part of the resort and can be used by all guests. The apartment was first class and the furniture was very modern and we were convinced from the very first. The white furniture contributed to an oasis of well-being. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing because of the free landscape and Es Vedrà (and island nearby Ibiza). For your daily food shopping there is a Sparmarket round the corner. The apartment has 4 double rooms and can be used by 8 persons. The other parts of the apartment are very spaciously. The kitchen is very large and offers a lot of comfort for cooking delicious meals over the sea. The apartment is very well situated for a relaxed holiday, also with kids. The handing over of the apartment and the deposit was uncomplicated through the agency of our holiday home which was located in St. Miquel. We were 4 persons and all of us shared the same impression for this wonderful apartment and we were all excited by the modern style. Surely we are coming back.

Great appartment with an astonishing view!

We have spent 2 weeks in August in this nice and very spacious modern apartment. The terrass is fantastic : it's huge, very well furnished with an amazing view on Vedra. The place is very quiet, and the owner very friendly! We definetly recommend it!
