Wonderful Property

The owner was great with communication and making the check in process so easy. It's very updated and clean. Location was wonderful. I will certainly stay here again and plan to tell my friends/family about this wonderful apartment.

Venice experience

Great communication, Alphonso picked us up off the ferry and helped us get set up in the apartment. He checked in on us frequently and gave us some great recommendations! The apartment is beautiful and has everything you could ask for. Location is also great! Hope we can come back some day.

Our host, Alfonso was in communication at the time of booking and a day before. Alfonso met us where our water taxi let off, and walked to the house. Restaurant recommendations were made on our way to the apartment, and a full tour of the apartment was provided! The apartment was very clean and in a quiet area of Venice, but still in walking distance to many sights such as St. Marks. Alfonso provided guidance for the easiest way to reach the airport, and even personally checked on us the morning of to ensure we were at the correct water taxi station. We enjoyed our stay and was a wonderful close to our family trip to Italy! We will stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Alfonzo was wonderful! Met us at boat dock and let us store our luggage until place was ready. Apartment was extremely clean and in a great spot with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again!!

Great House with plenty of space

Three of us found this property perfect for its size and for how its comfort. We needed to have some privacy and the house was perfect. We would certainly rent this property again! We have a home in Italy and Venice is an easy drive for us for a 3-4 day visit.

Overnight stay in Venice

Very nice property. Location is excellent, very close to Venice attractions and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Felt very comfortable and safe walking and exploring in the area. Our host, Vincenzo, was so helpful and accommodating. He met us at the boat dock and escorted us to his property and explained everything about it to us. Would definitely stay here again.

A charming Venetian 500 year old apartment. Tastefully decorated with historical touches but otherwise fully renovated with all modern conveniences. Fabulous location in the back alleys of old Venice is an immersive experience stepping back into another time. Host Alfonso was easy to contact and looked after us. This apartment is a hidden gem. Highly recommended 10/10.

Loved our stay. Amazing attention to artistic craftsmanship. Alfonzo met us at the boat dock and escorted us to their brilliantly renovated home. Everything was brand new. Every bedroom and bathroom was perfect, new and fresh. This place has every amenity you could ask for. He also escorted us to recommended restaurants. Wish we had more time to stay. Highly recommend!!

Adorable Venice Apartment

I wish we could have stayed longer at this house and in Venice! Our host was the best we had in Italy! Venice takes a little work to get to and we were provided exact instructions for the boat to take to our location. Alfonso met us at the pier and walked us to the home which was in a perfect location. There was coffee, milk and treats waiting for us which was much appreciated after the travel. The house was very unique and our college student children loved the layout. It was very clean and had all the necessities. Our host checked in via Whats App to make sure we had everything we needed and told us to reach out anytime. We had a great stay and wished we could stay longer. I would definitely recommend!!

Above and beyond Accomodation and accommodations

First, our travel plans changed a bit mid trip and we found ourselves needing lodging in Venice one day earlier than planned. Our existing booking was not available so we had to find a last minute location to bridge the gap. This property checked all of our needs for location, size and price. Our host could not have been more accommodating even with such short notice, made every effort to ensure we navigated the confusing streets of Venice successfully and greeted us with great enthusiasm. The property itself was delightful, spacious, clean and perfectly located in the center of things. My only regret is that I didn’t book this property for the entirety of our stay as our subsequent rental was a bit far afield and an 80step walk up to the apartment! The “little extras” provided were truly charming and appreciated, including a “Welcome” bottle of Prosecco, basket of breakfast goodies and quite a number of fresh oranges complete with juicer to ensure a bright introduction to the new day. My family and I cannot say enough about our experience here and wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone spending a few days in Venice! Grazi!!

Lovely place

I was a little worried about staying at a new listing but I had good communications with the owner about the location an we originally planned to travel with my mother so a ground floor home was ideal. The home is lovely. The pictures don't really do it justice. It look newly renovated but they retained the original beems in the ceiling. It's 3 stories and quite cute with all you could need. The stairs are a little steep but no issue. It's a quick walk from the Arsenal stop on the vaparetto. Alfonso met us at the stop and guided us to the home, which was easy to find afterwards. We arrived early so he let us drop off our luggage and go explore while it was being cleaned. It was quite clean and the water pressure was a dream, to quote my sister. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children, so plenty of room. The door is quite sturdy and the picture with the little tunnel is more of a guide on how to get there, not the entrance. We felt quite safe and secure in the home. It was a quite little neighborhood close to San Marco. Alfonso was great. He steered us to a nearby neighborhood for a market and food, which seemed to be more locals than tourists. He provided a welcome bottle of prosecco, coffee, and snacks, and was available for questions and to change the temperature when needed. It was really a lovely stay and I would absolutely stay again.

Alfonso se portó de mil maravillas, siempre muy atento a que nuestra estadía sea lo más confortable posible. El apartamento esta impecable y cuenta hasta con adaptadores de corriente para quienes venimos de fuera de Europa. Todo funciona a la perfección. Usamos lavadora de ropa, la secadora de cabello, etc… el mejor alojamiento de nuestro largo viaje.
