Stunning villa completely renovated with garden and swimming pool. Located in the peace of the Florentine’s hills, yet close to the city center, the villa will allow to enjoy the quite of the country while being able to participate in the city life.

OVERVIEW

The property has recently undergone a complete renovation and the whole apartment is warm and elegant, it combines original features such as terracotta floors and ceilings exposed beams with modern comforts and design pieces (AC, Wifi, gym is some of the amenities). Complete the private the garden and the private gym and sauna (the use of Sauna has an extra cost) The swimming pool is open from April 15th until the end of October. The property has parking for guests. Located just minutes’ drive from Florence, is a great holiday setting that combines relaxation with culture and sightseeing. INTERIOR

On the ground floor level, you will find the amazing kitchen connected to the open plan living and dining room, with plenty of seating spaces. From this area you can step outside on the terraced garden and the BBQ area. On this level there is also second living room with fireplace that offers complete privacy and comfort, a service bathroom and a twin bedroom (the beds are smaller than the others in the house) with its bathroom. Due to its location and features, this bedroom can be an excellent solution for staff, elderly people or teenagers.

On the second level you will find the 6 main bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Every bedroom has two twin beds that can be joined together. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is connected to a living area that can be converted into an additional room with a double sofa bed. The large private swimming pool is just below the villa, with gated access to ensure safety. The poolside is furnished with loungers and umbrellas (towels provided). The pool opens from April 15 until the end of October.

HOW TO GET THERE

BY TRAIN 25 minutes drive from S.M.Novella station

BY PLANE by cab in about 30 minutes from Florence airport, or by the T2 line that connects Amerigo Vespucci Airport directly with Florence Central Station.

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

Check out time is 10:30 AM.

- Due to the location in the countryside it is warmly recommended to book or have a car to reach the property.

Without a car, 800 meters away (about a 15-minute walk) there is the terminus of the urban bus line 36, which goes to Florence’s Central Station with a frequency of every 15 minutes.

- The property is not designed for parties or events. If you wish to host a gathering or event, please ask for approval in advance. Be mindful of your neighbours, turn off music and keep noise at minimum after Midnight.

-Please note that in Summer Season the property has a minimum stay of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

-This is a NON-SMOKING inside apartment.

-There are stairs within the property with no elevator.

- No AC in the bedroom at the ground floor.
