Sweet Townhome Alabama

Very clean and spacious Townhome just a few minutes from everything. Our group of 10 had plenty of room in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with huge closets. Nice neighborhood and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

The town house is wonderful! Nice and clean! Everything worked great. Sufficient towels, bedding, soap, etc. This was our best rental ever! Nice neighborhood, good location - close to everything we visited: Zoo, McWane, DeSoto Caverns, Vulcan Museum, etc.

Our stay in Birmingham was incredibly enhanced through staying at this property. It was perfect for two golfers playing on The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, close to several courses. The property itself is warm, clean, well appointed, and the hosts were beyond compare. Besides sharing insights about dining and golf, they were so helpful in one other way to make our stay just that much better. There was not a DVR installed, and because we wanted to record The Masters while we were out playing, the owners brought one in, set up the recording for us, and were always in touch to ensure it worked for us. Having this as our "home base" made our trip just that much more enjoyable. Can't recommend high enough!!

Good location

This property fit our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents quite well. We had enough room for all 3 kids to stay in one room, which is always helpful. The kitchen was adequate with salt/pepper available, but I would definitely still bring most staples with you. We didn't get to use it because of the rain, but charcoal, lighter fluid and a lighter were provided with the grill. Details like that make the difference between an average property and a well-appointed one from HomeAway. We definitely appreciate it! Hoover is a great location for exploring sites around Birmingham. We easily accessed multiple restaurants, the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum and downtown Birmingham.

Great stay in B’ham

Your home was by far the best we have stayed in. It was clean and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. It was convenient to everything from dining to shopping to all of our scheduled wedding events. Things could not have been better. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in B’ham.

Family traveled to Birmingham from Illinois for my brothers funeral.

So pleased with this townhouse. Family members were coming together for my brothers funeral. This townhouse was clean, convenient to everything, and located in a family safe neighborhood. We had so much room and other family members were able to come and be with us during this difficult time and we never felt crowded. Great townhouse and it had everything we needed. This was so much better than being in separate hotel rooms would highly recommend.

The property was very nice. Clean and had everything we needed. Grill, stove, fridge, towels u name it. It was located in a great neighborhood kinda like a college town has apartments but was more of a condo as well. The property owners were extremely easy to get in touch with too. We had ZERO problems. Will stay again.

Lovely townhouse in a great location.

This is a great property. We attended a family wedding near the Summit. It is very attractive with all the amenities including a gas fireplace. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet close to Riverchase Galleria and many other restuarants and shopping areas. It was nice to have detailed instructions on how to operate the TV etc. The bedrooms are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This perfectly met our needs. Our extended family was in Birmingham for a wedding and the two properties we stayed at allowed us considerable comfort as well as great proximity to one another. It was enjoyed immensely by all.

Family Weekend Retreat

This townhouse is as inviting inside as it looks in the photo of the outside. The unit was clean, well appointed, and just what we needed after a couple of long days on the campus of the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. It was about an hour from campus via interstate but worth the drive to get out of the hustle and bustle of family weekend. It was convienient to eating establishments for those that choose not to cook in the well equipped kitchen/outside grill. And, there were no lines or waits! There is a Golden Corral within a mile of the unit that offered a wonderful breakfast buffet to start our day. The beds were very comfortable with top of the line linens. Extra pillows, blankets, linens were available but not needed for our stay. The en suite bath in the master bedroom was large with a very nice with double sink, shower, tub, and walk in closet. The unit has a full size washer and dryer which we did not need. Every amenity one could think of was included in this unit. The owner was very helpful during the booking process and even e-mailed to make sure we had made it there without problem. I/we recommend this rental.

Gorgeous accommodations

As we prepared to evacuate Georgia due to impending Hurricane Irma, we chose to go to Birmingham, AL. We were greeted at the property by the owner, Mitch Hanson. Mitch and his wife, Tami, were very accommodating to us. I would definitely rent from the Hansons if we happen to be back in the Birmingham area.

We are seasoned travelers. Grew tired of hotel rooms so we purchased town home in Bham to visit daughters while we traveled to visit them at college. Fell in love with Birmingham and moved here permanently.

Love the quiet neighborhood and cul-de-sac setting. Easy access to interstates 65 and 459. Convenient to everything in Birmingham including Galleria (5 minutes), Summit, (15 minutes), downtown (20 minutes), Tuscaloosa (45 minutes) and Auburn.

Parking is exceptionally convenient. The large first floor master king suite with private bath and separate shower unit is always welcomed. The town home has been updated with furniture, stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and more.
