The split-level house has been recently remodeled into an open concept! The upstairs has been opened up to include a living room and kitchen all in one space! This is great for both large and small parties to have a great area to enjoy all together. The upstairs features 3 spacious bedrooms (one with a master bath) each with their own TV, closet, nightstands and throw blankets. The hallway bath has a his&her sink as well as stylish tile. Downstairs boasts another large den/living room with a mounted TV, pacman machine, and seating. The Garage has been converted into a bedroom with its own pool table, and work area to make a great mixed use space. The backyard has its own deck with patio furniture, chimenea, grill, and 2 side yards (fenced in) that are perfect for pets as well as entertainment!

Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and everything on the property!
-No Smoking allowed!

-Quiet hours after 10 pm--strictly enforced

-2 Pets Maximum- Dogs or Cats less than 60 LBS

-No Pets allowed on the furniture (for cleaning purposes)

-Clean pet waste (in a bag) and place in the garbage can
