The ultimate classic villa in front of the beach of the Cretan sea. With a wonderful view of the island of Agios Theodoros, the villa offers endless moments of relaxation. Our philosophy is that the guest has the opportunity to spend beautiful moments at sea without having to move. On the ground floor of the residence, there is a large open space with a kitchen, a living room and two dining areas. Special importance has been given to the paintings, which in the majority are authentic and we have tried to combine them with the concept of "Philosophy" in relation to the area and the sea. Also on the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub/jacuzzi, and an auxiliary laundry room. Each bedroom has its own balcony. One of the two bedrooms includes an open upper-level gallery single bedroom. On the front of the villa overlooking the sea, there are two large balconies for drinks and dining outdoors. Guests can enjoy the sunset on the balcony overlooking the sea and the island of Agios Theodoros. On the top level of the house, there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower and a dressing room. The room also has a private balcony. A second living room overlooking the sea is located on this floor, as well as a balcony. The sofa can be transformed into a double bed with a regular mattress. On the grounds of the garden, you will also find our restaurant which is also our property. Guests have the option of ordering from the menu they find in the villa and being served by the restaurant staff, either at the villa or having lunch/dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant also has breakfast. The house is not affected by the low music of the restaurant. We also have an organized beach for which we keep the sunbeds of the front line reserved (or if they wish somewhere else), for the guests of the house at no cost. The location of the house offers quiet holidays. The beach in front of the villa is sandy and the depth of the sea is smoothly stepped. This makes it ideal even for children or older people. In the wider area of Agia Marina, there are many options in restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, clothing stores and concept stores. In the area (very close to the house) there is the possibility of water sports such as jet ski and sea paragliding where we can give further information. The house is cleaned every third day with new bed linen and hand and body towels per person. Hand sanitizer is always inside the house which is replaced with every new guest for hygiene reasons. One-use hotel slippers are provided for each guest. Hand soap, shampoo and body cream are also provided. Due to the new conditions of the time, special importance is given to the cleaning and disinfection of the house with special cleaning products.
