Large three bedroom apartment located a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio in Florence. This house is very beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything necessary to guarantee you a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.

The apartment is very spacious (about 100 square meters) and bright and consists of 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed), 3 bathrooms (two with shower), a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and TV.

Toscanella 3 Bedrooms is appreciated for its typical details such as the Florentine terracotta floors and the exposed ceiling beams, and for the extraordinary capacity to accommodate up to 7 people: there are not many apartments able to do this! This is truly a fantastic solution for a large group or a very large family.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking.

Great location near Santo Spirito, Pitti Palace, and the Palazzo Vecchio. It made walking around very convenient. Good restaurants and shopping near by. The unit’s common space was roomy although the furniture a bit worn and uncomfortable, but minor issue since we were out exploring most of the time. The single bedroom is very small with no a/c in it. The main hall bathroom is the biggest but needs some floor repair. The other en-suite bathrooms are tiny…but nice to have extra toilets. It did provide a sense of home as we settled in the neighborhood, going to the cafe downstairs every morning, and enjoying the vibe around.

Excellent location

It has all you need and is in a very fun location, just south of the river with cafes and bars. Quick walk to the museums. I’d stay again.

Spacious Apartment, Centrally Located

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Florence. It was conveniently located in the Santo Spirito neighborhood with many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. It was an easy walk to many of the desirable spots in Florence (Ponte Vecchio, Duomo)!

Wonderful location

Ideally located in the heart of Florence. You can walk to almost any site in 15 minutes. Loved the gelato store right next door too!

Wonderful Neighborhood

Apartment worked wonderfully for our family of four. The location was perfect. Great neighborhood and also within walking distance of two bridges to cross the river.

The property was great! Loved the location and the size of the apartment. We didn't have the hot water working but weren't there long enough to speak with the host or it be a problem. We would stay here again!

Terrific location

The apartment was very clean and the location could not be any better. There is evrrything you need right downstairs and a quick walk over the bridge to the main city center. Communication with the host was great as well. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to visit Florence again.

Florence and the Renaissance

The apartment was a short distance from the Ponte Vecchio. It had easy access to a grocery store and great gelato was nearby. The place was spacious--a friendly family space. It had a nice kitchen and dining area.

Great Location

If you don’t need all of the modern updates and like the old world style of Florence, this is for you. We were only in Florence for a couple of days and this was a perfect location. It was clean, and the host was responsive and very gracious. Lots of space, except for two of the bathrooms are very tiny, but it worked for our needs..

Perfect, clean, simple flat in the heart of Oltrarno

Piazza della Passera might possibly be the coolest place in the world. This spacious simple flat is steps from the Piazza, and a block or two away from the Ponte Vecchio, Piti Palace - just the very heart of the Oltrarno neighborhood in Florence. A lot of space - several bathrooms - a full and generous kitchen. Bring the kids or a small group and this spot is perfect.

This 3 bedroom unit with 2.5 baths fit our needs perfectly. Travel with a family of 5 (3 “children” fully grown young adults) requires space to breathe and bathrooms enough to meet our needs. One updated full bath in the hallway was spacious compared to other bathrooms on our trip. Made it easy to use/share/get ready. One ensuite bathroom is a tiny but functional half bath in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. The en suite bathroom with the queen sized bed is fine - make sure to leave the fan on and shower door open as it smelled a little musty. But it was clean and fine! Overall the space was great for our needs. Kitchen was very clean, well stocked with equipment including a microwave, large refrigerator, gas stove, and a washer. Clearly renovated and relatively new. Large dining table, living room area with seating enough for all of us plus 2 desk areas. As described by others, the furniture in living area is dated and had slip covers, and some areas of the ceiling look to have had water damage in the past. Not unexpected for a property this old. But the beds were clean and comfortable and the space was exactly what we needed. Air conditioning worked well and kept us comfortable on a week of 90F days. Proximity to all we wanted to see - fun area, safe and easy to walk to sights we wanted to see. We’d stay here again!

Family Trip to Florence

Apartment is great. I would have given it (5) stars for every category, but two of the bathrooms did not have mirrors. My hope is that they plan to add them.
