Welcome to Seascape Apartment - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.

Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!

Decorated throughout in March 2023 to a high standard and featuring luxury new shower room in 2024 this is ideal for short breaks!

Off the hallway is a family bathroom with large walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with comfy double bed and lots of storage. (please note the double bed is slightly higher than a standard bed)

In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine (see below) and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks as well as an air-fryer.

The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the circular table.

The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with comfy leather sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use for children or a third guest.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

Nice little apartment

This was our second time staying at The Bay . The first time staying in The Seascape Apartment. Very well equipped and very comfortable and a great location for long walks across the Beach with our Cocker Spaniel Clive . We would highly recommend the Seascape and would definitely stay here again.

Short break away

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipt kitchen. The Bay is great place to stay has lovely pool and restruant and shop on site. Definitely be back.

Perfect for a couple and a dog!

Everything was excellent. The kitchen was really well equipped and the apartment was well organised and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the access to the beach.

Fantastic break at The Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seascape Apartment at The Bay, Filey. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The communications from Anchor Bay Holidays was also excellent. The location of the apartment on the site is very good. The location of The Bay is also excellent as a base for visiting Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. There are some excellent local restaurants in the area, that are much better and cheaper than the onsite pub. The only criticism, which isn’t the fault of the apartment is the swimming pool. It feels very dated, lacks windows and the changing rooms and shower area were horrible!

Weekend break in seascape apartment filey

Stayed for 3 nights with our grandson .Lovely well equipped apartment .Very comfy beds and wonderful towels .Our grandson loved using the body board and wet suit from the apartment. We all really enjoyed our stay

Compact but enough room for 2

Nice compact apartment with everything you’d need for a relaxing break. Even had a washer/dryer. Only negative was lots of part used paint pots on top of kitchen units which wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Overall a nice apartment.

Real Home from Home

Fantastic well equipped apartment. Ideally based for long walks on the beach followed by a drink and a meal in The Bay Pub. Would definitely recommend the Piebald Inn in Hunmanby. We will be booking again!!

A nice stay in Filey

A nice well kept property but could do with a couple of tweaks tomake it even better. Addition of a clock in the lounge eith a floor lamp plus a soap dish in the shower would make things even better

Great apartment

Lovely apartment. Just right for us as a couple. All equipment provided. All in good working order. Easy to follow instructions to get keys and gain entry. Bit of a walk to the beach but not much of a problem. Good location to visit other coastal resorts. About 20 mins from Bempton Cliffs to visit the RSPB sight to see the puffins and other nesting birds. Definitely worth a visit. The pub on sight is a few mins walk and the food we had was fine. Overall would recommend.

Looking for a peaceful break.

This property was well furnished and provided everything we needed. It was good value for money. The only downside was the low water pressure. This affected the shower. The TV was high quality. The bed was very comfortable.

Lovely Appartment

This appartment was one of the best we have stayed in, had everything you needed for your holiday. The location was great with access to the meadows. We couldn't fault anything. We love the bay and come at least twice a year so dog friendly and the beach is fab. Great communication with Anthony before and during our holiday. Covered everything we needed to know. Had a great holiday and will definitely book again x

Seascape apartment

We have always stayed in the larger lodges at The Bay but decided to try an apartment as it was only the two of us + dog. It was certainly larger than expected with everything you would need. The welcome boxes with biscuits, tea etc were very nice. I would have liked some type of outdoor seating if possible.

Seascape apt

Lovely property on a great site that we have stayed at a number of times. The apartment was perfect, clean and modern with all the facilities required and a number of personal touches. Good customer service when I contacted them with a query after booking and easy access on arrival at property. Great location with easy access to the beautiful beach and the nearby town of Filey. Good facilities on site including the pub and leisure centre. 10 out of 10.

nice

...Couldn't fault the kitchen area or utensils provided,from the dish washer to every item in the drawers... ...Little difficulty operating the shower,but got there in the end... ...lounge area,tv/sofa position awkward,sofa back to low for a couple o pensioners,as was the bed to high for my partner to get up.Had to use footstool from living area to step up... ...Apart from this a lovely time was had... ...Yes I would book again but not this Apartment... ...The pub food is nothing like it was before the refurb...
