¡Raspberry Pointe en Bear Lake es una hermosa propiedad frente al lago ubicada en el corazón del valle de Bear Lake! This is our second time renting this for our company party of 20 adults. A really great time! The space could use a remodel but is definitely sufficient in most areas.

Fun homey cabin for our family of 5 couples, 3 adult children, and 6 grandchildren. Quiet places for baby to nap. Good size gathering spaces, too. We enjoyed our New Year's!

Our family fit great in this space! The large living room and huge grass backyard was perfect. And there were beds EVERYWHERE! The host was so nice and responded very quickly if we had any concerns.Our only negative is the photos of the beach were a little misleading. The water level was low so there was no beach, just gross oily mud and weeds. And SO MANY FLIES.But the host really can’t control water levels and we made do just fine and still had tons of fun swimming! Regardless of the beach we would stay here again :)

We had an excellent stay for our family reunion here. It was easy to book, the hosts were very responsive with our questions, and we loved the location right in Garden City with lake access.The kitchen was great and had the things we needed for a few meals. We did bring some paper plates, but there were a lot of plates and a dishwasher that made it really convenient. There was also good fridge and freezer space upstairs and downstairs and a smaller fridge in the guesthouse.The bunkroom was awesome and was remodeled a bit so everything was nice. The family commented on how nice the decor was.The kayak and paddleboard was nice to have when playing in the water and there were a few life jackets and floaties for the little kids.The beds took a little planning, but we were able to make it work and everyone ended up happy.We would definitely stay here again!

This place was a great location and had lots of space for our families. There seemed to be awesome updates on the home and can see improvements even since the pictures have been chosen. The only thing that was a little not well was the amount of earwigs in the house and the draining issue in one of the bath tubs. We definitely would stay there again. Great location and can see improvements in the future :)

We were disappointed that the beach was not available because of the high water, totally beyond owners to control. Had an enjoyable time. They were quick to respond to questions and concerns. Needs some minor repairs like weather stripping around doors. Some rooms were pretty warm but we had a great time

Fun Family Time

As the owner said, there were a few minor repairs needed, but all-in-all, it was clean, well stocked, more than enough beds and, although a bit rocky and reedy, the beach was fun and fine. Thanks for doing the laundry - sheets and towels. That gave us more time to visit. It was a great location for us but it was kind of hard to see property from the main highway- maybe a bigger sign with numbers? Would definitely consider another visit!

Great location

We had a great time in Bear Lake. This place has an amazing location which makes it convenient to walk “downtown” to restaurants and other stores. It also has a great property with lots of grassy areas where we played soccer, volleyball, baseball, and flew kites. Also loved the easy access to the water. It would be nice if there was a dock to get us through all the marsh, but we made due with the planks of wood that had been laid down to help us through the mud. It’s an older home and needs lots of updates. Some of our beds needed the sheets washed when we got there.

A little iffy

Bedding was clean, as were counters and refrigerators and bathrooms. Lawn was green, well mowed and spacious. Bear Lake was much higher than year before. Weather was gorgeous and mosquitoes were few. Plenty of space - pop rooms, baths, utensils. Negatives were TV didn’t have color, earwigs were plentiful as were goose droppings and, seasonally, cotton from the cotton wood trees.

The place was clean. The basement was being renovated so it was not like the photos. The volleyball court was not maintained either. The picture did not show how much wonderful grass there was for our grandkids to play on. We were a little squished because of the basement issue. But they had warned us plenty early and gave us a discount because of the issue. I thought they were fair with us and very helpful. I really loved staying there and would reccomend it to anyone who has an active young family. Being able to put paddle board in at our own beach was wonderful. No fighting the crowds at the main beaches.

Rainey family reunion

There was plenty of space for all of us and there were enough bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and dishes. I liked the ac in the master bedroom because it provided white noise. When we had a problem with the door knob in the master bedroom, Jordan came right over to look at it. There was plenty of parking for our boat and cars. We liked that we could all eat outside. The geese left a ton of geese poop on the lawn but I don’t know what you can do about that!😆

Our stay was amazing!

We had a small event at the cabin and it turned out wonderful. The cabin was even cuter and nicer in person and was so well stocked. The yard and patio were beautiful and the view was stunning! We will absolutely be booking again. Jordan and Skye were so great to work with and their communication was prompt and friendly. This place is highly recommended!!

Review of experience at lakeside property - Gary Hansen

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. The large lawn, the big deck, the area beneath the deck, the immediate access to the lake, the good kitchen space and facilities - these were all distinct advantages. The biggest disadvantage was the lack of tables and chairs for eating. We have a very large family, and we rented 4 houses in the area, but we met at this property for almost all of our meals. If they had more tables and chairs/benches for eating meals, that would be a huge improvement.

Great for family reunions!

We had a very large group with age ranges from 1-75. It was nice to have room for families to spread out. The house was very clean and we loved the location. We were able to walk to the shops and shakes every night which the teenagers loved. We liked the huge grass area and access to the beach. Beware of the biting flies though in early July. Once at the water, they were better :) Overall we loved it and we will for sure use it again for another reunion.

We had all of children and grandchildren. Plenty of beds for everyone. Beach access was great. Close to marina for boat rental. Owners very responsive and accommodating. We will be back.

Fantastic Time at Raspberry Pointe

Loved staying at this home--beach and water within a few hundred feet and attached to the property so kids and adults could be a the water's edge or in the house or on the deck. We rented 2 personal watercraft and launched them at the marine a few hundred yards away from the home. Then anchored them off the property with easy access for all. Water toys were great. Played games, Great place for 30 of the family ages 3 months to 68 years. Would stay there again and again.

Great set up for small kids

We had 27 people here ranging from 2-70 in age and everyone had a blast! The location, parking spaces, hang out areas, yard, sleeping options, and lake access were all fantastic! We especially loved the idea of having a separate cabin for the families with the younger kids so we can put them down and still hang out in the main cabin. The only issues we had, which were understandable, was that the previous group had filled up all the trash bins so when we arrived, there was already a ton of trash. In addition, which was stated on their welcome letter, the place was undergoing some cosmetic improvements but those projects in progress didn't hinder our experience and time at the lake. We would definitely recommend this cabin again. Jordon and Skye were fantastic and quite responsive and reachable, even at 11pm when we couldn't figure out how to turn off some lights. :-)
