L'Avenir 6 is built in an L-shape. The detached chalet is suitable for 6 persons. The living area has a cosy sitting area with television and a separate dining area. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and SENSEO coffee machine. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in this chalet. There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with garden furniture. You can park 1 car at your holiday home and there is free wifi available.

Everything we needed

We used this Vrbo as a stopping place while we explored Amsterdam. It's a short drive to the train stations. The on-site restaurant had good food. One day of our stay was during extreme weather. We found enough food in the main building to keep us happy while we rode out the storm indoors.

Durch die Nähe des Flughafens fliegen wirklich ständig Flugzeuge über dem Haus/der Terrasse. Das ist natürlich sehr laut. Wir waren nur drei Tage da, aber meinen Sommerurlaub würde ich so nicht machen wollen.Im Haus gab’s einige Mängel, die behoben werden müssten. Zwei Terrassenstühle waren kaputt, wurden aber am selben Tag noch ausgetauscht.

Arrivée tardive procédure facile pour récupérer les clés.Mobile home très agréable et spacieux vue sur l’eau dans le salon apaisant terrasse ensoleillée Central pour visiter Amsterdam haarlem et zaanse Seul bémol on a pas eu le droit de rentrer notre voiture on a pas su pourquoi.

L'appartement ne dispose pas de serviettes ( il faut les acheter à la réception) de plus 1 rouleau de papier toilette pour un logement de 6 personnes cela fait juste . Le support dosette était hors service ( nous l’avons signalé mais n’a pas été changé) de plus le portail qui ferme à 23 heure si vous arrivez à 23h05 impossible d’accéder au logement en voiture . Et le chauffage coupé en pleine nuit en hiver .

Eine gute Unterkunft für "Städtebummler"

Das Haus für 6 Personen bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Wer länger als 1 Woche bleibt, benötigt mehr Gepäck und den nötigen Stauraum dazu, für 4 Personen ist es okay. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der große Park lädt zum Spaziergang ein. Supermärkte sind leider nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 20 km. Von der Anlage aus kann man die umliegenden Städten wie Amsterdam, Harleem, Zanvoort usw. sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichen.

Alles ok soweit, außer daß erst beim Check-in mitgeteilt worden ist dass pro Person 100 Euro Kaution bezahlt werden muss. Daß muß man vorher wissen.

Sehr schöne Lage, nur die Anreise mit dem ÖPNV ist schwierig, da sich die Anlage 20-25 Minuten Fußweg vom der nächsten Haltestelle befindet.

Die Betten sind eine Katastrophe

Die Betten sind so abartig das man darin nicht schlafen möchte. Riesige Flecken auf den Matratzen. Das ist eine Zumutung. Personal konnte oder wollte nichts machen. Kein Preisnachlass keine andere Unterkunft. Wenn wir nicht eine reine Männergruppe gewesen wären, hätte man nicht da bleiben können. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kosten extra. Bettwäsche habe ich schon vorab beim buchen bezahlt. Das es keine Handtücher gibt haben wir erst vor Ort festgestellt. Hätte man genauer geschaut hätte man dass eventuell mit den Handtüchern rausfinden können. Meiner Ansicht nach wird das mit Vorsatz nicht korrekt kommuniziert um vor Ort noch die Handtücher zu verkaufen. Preis für ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch etwas über 6 €, vom Preis her okay. Schade das man hier keine Fotos reinstellen kann. Bei den Matratzen wird einem echt schlecht!
