Parte de la Villa con piscina cerca de Assisi

La Villa está situada en el corazón de Umbría, a pocos kilómetros de las principales ciudades de arte de la región. Se encuentra en las colinas que dominan Asís, Spello y Perugia, en medio de un olivar mantenido con cuidado y respeto por el propietario. En el gran jardín también hay una piscina (abierta desde principios de mayo hasta finales de septiembre; mide 9 m x 5 m con una altura de agua de 1,2 m). Esta casa está especialmente indicada para aquellos a los que les gusta aislarse en total intimidad sin renunciar a la incomparable vista. De hecho, desde la casa es posible ver algunos de los hermosos centros históricos de Umbría, empezando por Bettona, una pequeña ciudad medieval (de origen etrusco) a la que se puede llegar fácilmente a pie. Destaca su posición central con respecto a las ciudades de arte de la región, a las que se puede llegar en coche en 10 a 45 minutos.
La Villa consta de 3 porciones completamente independientes, 2 para alquilar (el Gran Apartamento y el Ático-Mansard) y 1 para uso de los propietarios. Como se puede leer en los comentarios de los huéspedes que han visitado la casa en el pasado, la presencia de los propietarios es particularmente discreta y normalmente muy apreciada.
El Gran Apartamento consta de (ver también fotografías): porche delantero, gran hall de entrada, gran salón con chimenea, comedor, cocina, 4 grandes dormitorios, 2 grandes baños completos, 1 pequeño baño, una gran terraza con hermosas vistas, una terraza más pequeña. La casa está completa con todo lo necesario para vivirla al máximo (incluyendo sábanas y toallas); si hay alguna necesidad especial, se puede solicitar a los propietarios. Hay acceso inalámbrico a Internet gratuito.

Great house with incredible view

a happy stay in a beautiful house with amazing sunsets.

We had a great holiday in Bettona. The house was beautiful and big, with a lot of space and a splendid view. It was a bit higher in the hills what made it very peacefull and at eace. The owner was very friendly and had everything worked out well for our stay. It was terrific!

Fantastic stay

We enjoyed this wonderful house with the amazing view a lot. The owner is warm, friendly and hospitable and made sure we had a great visit. Gave us tips and help when needed or spontaneous. The swimming pool and balcony are really fantastic. So, hope you enjoy it as well. (PS the last 100 metres the road is a bit stony, so just drive slow ;-))

Fabulous and exceeded expectations

We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. Different languages, suggestions for short trips, day trips, history, choices of venues, restaurants and answers to any question. Renato was very helpful in sending us directions to the Villa and he even sprayed our cars to remove dust and dirt prior to our departure.In every way

Morbidellis Vacation House

We spent a week at Morbidelli house and loved it. The house is very comfortable and had a very homely and pleasant atmosphere. We loved the location of the house, with a beutiful view to e.g. Bettona and Perugia. The location is a good starting point for visiting other places in the Umbria region. The owner responded quickly and he had collected a lot of information for us about places to visit, the best places to eat, etc. We can highly recommend this place and would love to go back ourselves! Amazing place

We have spent 10 perfect nights in that place. The house itself was amazing and was meeting all of our expectations , and even more. Opening every morning with a breath taking view from the villa balcony, than going with my old man to a walk amongst the olives groves and than eating rich breakfast from the local products was only few of the virtues of that place. The location, in the middle of Umbria, just close to everywhere, is superb. The house is equiped with everything needed for perfect vacation. Renato is so wellcoming, warm and helpfull. Thank you for perfect vacation. Hope to be your guest again in lovely Bettona and wonderfull Umbria

Excellent stay in the Umbria region!

Over a three week period several of my friends/family and I stayed at the Morbidelli Villa. We visited many of the surrounding hill towns and enjoyed coming home each evening to take a dip in the pool, prepare dinner and enjoy the sunset on the deck. The house is amazing with lots of room to hang out with friends/family. Renato welcomed us warmly and was available as needed, gave us recommendations and responded to requests quickly. I would highly recommend this villa and the Umbrian region. We were there in the height of summer tourist season and had smaller crowds and traffic as we visited the nearby towns. Beautiful scenery, wine, food and a wonderful relaxing place to come back to each day.

Absolutely wonderfun

My family from Australia and I stayed in Renato's place for two weeks at the beginning of October 2018. Wow what an amazing place to base ourselves for our Umbrian adventure. The house itself was great with lots of room for us all and the two kids. The view from deck was amazing and it was such a joy to sit there at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine. The location of the house is fantastic with Bettona, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi etc all a short drive away. I would highly recommend this place and Renato was a wonderful host. For an Umbrian holiday to remember this is the place. Thanks Renato it was magical.

Wonderful villa

The vacation home exceeded our expectations for location, comfort, and welcome. It is an ideal home base to visit the art treasures of Umbria-Tuscany. The house is conveniently situated for visits to Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, and many Etruscan sites, for which the host provided numerous maps and tourist information. Quiet and secure on the top of a hill, it has a large veranda, a pool, and spectacular views over the walled town of Bettona. The house was sparkling clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were much appreciative in the evening of the luxurious satellite TV with English newscasts and the soft black leather seating. Our hosts were welcoming, kind, and helpful. Thank you from five Americans for such lovely facilities. We hope to return.

"Last 2 weeks we had a wonderfull vacation at Bettona! The 10 pers. appartment is really very large, nice, clean and tasteful decorated! While the portico was full of sunshine, we enjoyed the shadows on the (also very large and nice) covered terrace with its marvelous vieuws on the surroundings and especially on Bettona! It's almost impossible to discribe this sensation so we can absolute recommend the 'Casa della Ginestra'! Also thanks to Renato for the oil, wine and the bottles of fresh water when we arrived!"

"We've rented a lot of vi...

"We've rented a lot of villas and apartments in Italy and I have to say we were just stunned by this place. The panoramic view of the Umbrian valley is stupendous - you can see both Perugia and Assisi, easily identifying the basilica in Assisi." For exploring central Umbria this is great location. You have a 15 minute run to one of the autostradas and then you're on your way. When you go to Perugia (which you should) find the parking lot at the end of the mini-metro and ride it up into the centro (1 euro one-way). The mini metro is so cool, we need them in the US. The apartment is quite large with two well done bathrooms. There were just 5 of us, but with four spacious bedrooms this place would easily handle 8 people (more if it's kids). My wife (who is fussy) declared that the place was clean enough to be eating off the floors. Many italians are good about cleaning, but this was sparkling. Note that the kitchen, although modest, is larger than it appears in the diagram. Renato was a charming host with a pile of local tourist brochures and advice. Follow his recommendation on the restaurant in Bettona, it was a wonderful place. We ate there both our first and last nights.

Just as great the second time

Questa era la seconda volta per noi, non sara l'ultima. (This was the second time for us, it won't be the last) OK the rest in english. This is a great house, large, comfortable, with an incredible view of Bettona and then the rest of the valley, including Perugia behind. Renato could hardly be more responsive, including when we tripped a circuit breaker (dumped some water where it shouldn't have been) late a night. I sent an SMS and he was up to fix everything in one minute. If you're looking around Italy and ready to move beyond Tuscany, this is a great location from which to visit a bunch of places. We've spent a week on each of our two visits and didn't come close to covering the area. The house is cleaner than a whistle. When my wife wants to take the housekeepers with her, you know they are great. As you may or may not be able to tell there is a deck to the back and a porch on the front. We went back and forth taking advantage of sun and/or shade depending on what we were looking for. I have never actually been in the pool. But my son last time and my niece this time thoroughly enjoyed it, even though it is not heated. I can hardly recommend this place highly enough.

Séjour mémorable

Beau grand appartement, très bien équipé et bien meublé. La situation est parfaite pour rayonner et découvrir les beaux villages avoisinants. Le propriétaire est vraiment très recevant, disponible et discret. Nous saluons sa famille que nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer.
