Maravillosa casa de campo, excelente vista, naturpur, cerca de Perugia, precio especial

La Villa es un viejo Bianconi, granja remota rodeado de olivares, bosques y naturaleza virgen, enclavado en las verdes colinas de Umbría.

El origen de la casa se encuentra en la 14ª Century, donde fue utilizado como torre de vigilancia por su singular panorama. Con el tiempo, una serie de cambios estructurales se han hecho y se cultiva la casa de al lado en este siglo.

El siguiente pequeño pueblo de Castel Leona está a 2 km y para que pueda disfrutar en este lugar una tranquilidad inusual. Es una isla en medio del ruidoso bullicio de la vida cotidiana, donde podrá relajarse y descansar.

Quien también le gustaría la vida de la ciudad lleva a cabo en la ciudad universitaria de Perugia (25 km) una rica oferta cultural. Un punto destacado de cada año es el Festival de Jazz de Umbria con grandes del jazz internacional.

Otras ciudades como Asís, Spello, Foligno, Gubbio, Spoleto y hasta Roma (150 km) se puede llegar fácilmente desde la Villa de Bianconi.

La distancia Trasimeno 50 kilometros ofrece excelentes instalaciones de baño. El mar de la Toscana y en la costa del Adriático es fácilmente accesible dentro de una hora y media a dos horas de la casa y ofrece excelentes oportunidades para excursiones de un día.

En Casa alojamientos (1 cama supletoria) son para 5-6 personas disponibles.
Hay 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1 cocina y un gran salón con chimenea. Calefacción central de gas y agua corriente fría y caliente están disponibles.

En el exterior hay una terraza con pérgola, desde donde se puede disfrutar del espléndido panorama sobre el valle del Tíber y la montaña.

La casa está totalmente amueblada y por supuesto tiene una lavadora.

Wonderful stay in Castelleone

Peaceful, comfortable, beautiful views, loved staying in this country house. Communication and very specific directions to the house were needed before i left for this trip so i could print a hardcopy and use my phone for navigation. Local friend came to our rescue and was very helpful!

Beautiful Hilltop location

This is a lovely house on top of a hill, with great views. The house is well equipped and the view from the livingroom of the sunset was simply incredible! Communications with the owner and property manager were very straightforward . The directions to the house were very clear, but just to be sure we were met by the property manager who guided us straight to the door of the house. This was a great location for us to explore the region a bit. Be sure to visit the old castle area in nearby Casteliogne!

Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Ruhe finden. Wer es gern etwas abseits mag ist hier richtig. Die Gastgeberin ist super hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Dennoch ist es für Ausflüge super gelegen. Perugia, Assisi und auch Rom haben wir besucht. Die Ausstattung ist okay, alles was wir bräuchten war da. Bodenständig und gut. Auch tolle Tipps für Dorf Feste und andere Feste Vorort bekommt man. Wir durften mit Laura und Andreas auch Pizza im Alten Steinofen backen.

Allein auf einem Hügel, rundum viel Natur - hat alles gepasst. Kontakt mit Frau Conte und auch mit Ihrem Bekannten Luigi, der uns empfangen hat, sehr freundlich und problemlos. Die Taverna del Gusto in der Altstadt von Deruta ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Amazing

Dit huis in de bergen nabij Deruta ligt mooi en vrij hoog in de bergen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch net als ons verblijf. Het is een makkelijk huis met alle eenvoudige voorzieningen noodzakelijk voor een heerlijk verblijf. De host Laura is heel behulpzaam en verblijft in het huis ernaast. Er zijn mooie wandelingen te maken vanaf het huis en Deruta is dicht bij voor de boodschappen. Dit huis is een makkelijke uitvalsbasis om Umbrie te ontdekken.

Tolles Landhaus mit überwältigender Aussicht

Wir durften 2 Wochen im schönen Landhaus von Laura Conte verbringen. Das Haus ist groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Hier hatten wir absolute Ruhe, was großartig war. Das beste war die Lage auf einem Hüfel mit sensationeller Aussicht.Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Wunderbares kleines Paradies in den Hügeln

Tolles Haus in idyllischer Lage mit unglaublicher Aussicht. Man kann tolle Sonnenuntergänge sehen und die Ruhe genießen. Laura ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen hat. Wir haben uns in der herzlichen Atmosphäre sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! .

Fantastic stay in Deruta!

We had a wonderful time at Laura's fabulous home. We were a group of seven friends who love to be in the outdoors, and the house acted as a perfect base to explore the surrounding nature and Umbra. The house is very functional, has everything to cook, and we felt at ease with the place and the house's location. Laura is a fantastic host, very responsive to our demands for places to visit or for specific home related requests. She was so nice and friendly that we even invited her for dinner and had a great time. We felt as though we had known each other for a long time. We all strongly recommend this house, and we intend to return next year.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Landurlaub, eingebettet in eine malerische umbrische Landschaft, verbracht. Auch bei größerer Hitze sorgt ein durchgehender milder Luftzug für eine natürliche Klimatisierung. Im Haus trägt die schöne Terrakotta-Ausstattung auch dazu bei. Günstig ist auch die Lage zwischen der Valle Umbra un dem Tibertal, sodass die historisch wichtigen Zentren alle in 30-45 Minuten erreicht werden können.

Schitterend Umbrië!

Het huis ligt boven op een berg en heeft een adembenemend mooi uitzicht. Het is sfeervol ingericht en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden slapen uitstekend. De twee badkamers hebben een prima douche. ‘S avonds op het terras zitten met een goed glas wijn en kijken naar het geweldige uitzicht en de zonsondergang Is een fantastische belevenis ! Het huis is een prima uitvalsbasis om alle mooie steden en dorpjes van Umbrië te bezoeken, zoals Assisi, Todi, Spello, Gubbio, Perugia, Bevagna, Cortona etc. De eigenaresse Laura is zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. We hebben drie weken lang genoten van het huis en de geweldige omgeving !

Zwei Wochen Erholung pur

Wir konnten mit unseren zwei Kindern im August zwei wunderbare Wochen in Umbrien verbringen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr einsam gelegen und das Navi unseres Autos gab irgendwann auf, aber Dank der Beschreibung der Vermieterin konnten wir das Haus gut finden. Auch die Ruhe, die wir gesucht hatten, konnten wir hier finden. Außer Grillen, Vögeln, Insekten und nachts ab und an bellenden Hunden in der Ferne konnten wir absolute Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist inmitten von Wäldern und Olivenhainen gelegen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick und auch unsere Kinder haben sich hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und Frau Conte stand uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank, Frau Conte, dass wir eine so wunderbare Zeit bei Ihnen verbringen durften und kommen gerne wieder.

Landhaus in traumhafter Alleinlage

Wir haben 12 wunderschöne Tage im Juli in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Man hatte nach 3 Seiten eine fantastische Aussicht. Abends gab es spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge und danach einen beeindruckenden Sternenhimmel. Aufgrund der Coronakrise hatten die von der Vermieterin empfohlenen Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung leider geschlossen. So mussten wir häufig selbst kochen und dafür war die Küche etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Ein großer Topf wäre hilfreich gewesen. Aber insgesamt: Absolut empfehlenswert auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Städtetouren.

Not what we expected

The property was very rustic but a better description would be “run down”. We thought we were staying in a lovely villa type home in the vineyards but it turned out to be a very neglected and out dated guest home in the middle of nowhere. The one redeeming aspect was the wonderful views, but had we known that it was a 20 minute drive to civilization, I don’t think we would have picked this place. The home looks like it is close to a village or stores on the home away website but it is seriously WAY out there. Other frustrating things about the property: there were only hand towels and maybe two very small bath towels for our family of six. When I texted the owner, she said that she was out of the country and someone would bring towels over, but no one did, so we ended up using bedsheets to dry off after showering. My college age sons are over 6’ tall so the little bath towels and bidet towels were a sad joke. Yes, bidet towels were provided for our showers—Old towels that were small and didn’t smell nice. There was a storm the first night and a tree fell across the road and if we hadn’t had some strong young adults with us we would have been stuck at the resistance. I was most disappointed by the inaccurate claim that the property had an oven. It DOES NOT have an oven, but a small toaster oven which wouldn’t work to cook a Christmas dinner or a lasagna which we had planned on. We also had to go use a washing machine in town for our clothes because it was old and locked our clothes inside. And it’s not because we couldn’t read the directions become my son lived in Italy for two years and is fluent in Italian. I read many reviews about this property that were all positive, so I’m confused about what went wrong with our stay. I think if the host had been in town, things may have been different and I think if we had stayed in the summer time it might have been a little better. It was cold and drafty and we had to pay extra for the heat and there were no extra blankets. We had to open the windows to try and get fresh air to vent when we made a fire, and several large spiders cane in when we opened the storm windows. There were numerous other creatures in the house and my daughter started naming the crickets and “daddy long leg” spiders in the bathrooms. We would not stay in this home again. It looked so cute in the pictures but it really needs some help: new beds, new linens, cleaner facilities.

La casa é molto funzionale per due famiglie con bambini, un po' distante dal centro di Deruta ma la vista e la gentile accoglienza di Laura compensa il percorso. Consiglio a chi voglia visitare l'Umbria ma anche stare tranquillo nella natura . Grazie!

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Haus

Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe und hat gigantische Aussichten. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind spektakulär. Und in der weiteren Umgebung gibt es fantastische Ziele, für Menschen, die Kunst lieben. Assisi und Perugia sind nicht weit, und auch die anderen Städte bieten wirklich Sehenswertes.

Traumhafter Ort und sehr schönes, helles Haus

Wir waren hin und weg als wir zum ersten Mal zum Haus auf dem Hügel kamen. Wunderschöne Sicht, Natur rings herum. Und im Haus haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr hell, freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist da, was man braucht. In den Betten haben wir so gut geschlafen wie nie, was zum einen an den bequemen Matratzen, insbesondere aber an der wohltuenden Stille gelegen haben mag. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit (da sie fließend deutsch spricht, hat sie uns z.B. Hilfe geleistet, als unser Auto in der Werkstatt war und wir eine Übersetzerin brauchten). Wir möchten dieses Haus und diesen Ort unbedingt weiter empfehlen!

The view from the house is extraordinary. You can feel the calming power of nature as soon as you arrive, and everyone that steps foot on the property leaves a different person--more relaxed and in touch with the truth of who they are.

It was love at first sight when we arrived at the property for the first time, 20 years ago. We have since dedicated our time to restoring and renovating the old farmhouse buildings to make them a combination of modern convenience and old world charm.
