On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, which also offers direct access to the terrace and the private pool. This makes the home particularly suitable for guests with limited mobility.



For added comfort, the vacation home features a cooling system that can lower the indoor temperature to about 22°C during extreme heat.

The pool can be heated to 26°C from April through October, depending on weather conditions. It’s ideal for enjoying a refreshing dip even in the spring and fall.



The absolute highlight is the large covered terrace with a fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue. This is where vacation life unfolds: from a hearty breakfast in the morning sun to a cozy lunch or an atmospheric dinner on a balmy summer evening. This vacation home for 8 people is situated in a prime location in Malaucène, one of the most charming villages in Provence. The cozy village center is within walking distance and offers numerous restaurants, outdoor cafes, shops, and a charming Provençal market.



For cyclists and cycling enthusiasts, this location is truly ideal. Just 1 km from Mont Ventoux, the vacation home serves as the perfect base for tackling the legendary ascent of the Giant of Provence. But even those who prefer a more leisurely ride will find countless beautiful cycling routes in the area, winding through vineyards, lavender fields, and picturesque villages. Behind the fence is a spacious and secure bike shed, where bikes can be stored safely. In addition, several adult and children’s bikes are available for exploring the area. In addition to cycling, the region offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, nature experiences, and adventure activities. These include challenging hikes, fun trails for children, and even winter sports on Mont Serein during snowy winters.
