Located in one of the Riveria's most prestigious addresses, Seaview is a contemporary luxury property with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The property is truly stunning and promises guests a really unique experience in terms of its setting, sophistication and service with a dedicated team of 8 staff available on a daily basis to make sure that standards are kept to the highest of levels and every need addressed.

Each of the seven individually designed guest bedrooms boasts a separate enclave, complete with bathroom and private terrace.

The main living area on the ground floor consists of an elevated dining area with uninterrupted sea views for 18 guests, an expansive living room with panoramic sea views and direct access onto a large outdoor terrace through floor to ceiling windows that retract into the wall. The fully equipped Boffi kitchen is complimented by an additional professional kitchen on the lower level which is connected by a service lift. Also on the ground level guests can enjoy a quiet study with computer, printer and private terrace.

Two of the 7 bedrooms are also on the ground floor: the master bedrooms with two walk-in dressing rooms offers two bathrooms as well as a terrace with panoramic sea views and the VIP bedroom suite includes a bathroom as well as dressing room and terrace with sea views.

On the lower ground floor are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite shower and all are individually designed with dressing area, sun terrace and sea views + 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower, dressing area, sun terrace and sea views.

Each bedroom offers individual air conditioning, satellite TV (International channels + Russian Channels), electronic safe boxes, L'Occitane soaps, shampoo and conditioner, Yves Delorme towels, slippers & bathrobes and hair dryers.

Also on the lower ground floor guests can enjoy a spa with hammam, sauna, shower, indoor exercise pool, massage room and gym equipped with the latest Kinesis and Technogym equipment.

For convenience, all floors can be accessed using an outdoor funicular as well as an exterior lift giving access to the villa entrance, swimming pool and parking area.

The closest beach is located in 300m walking distance or 1km drive by car.
