Welcome to our modern 2-bedroom Scarborough apartment! Our home-from-home is newly refurbished and perfect for families, couples, or friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and a Nespresso coffee machine is provided. North Marine Villa boasts an ideal location, just steps from North Bay beach and within easy reach of the town. Apartment 2 is on the first floor. The rear bay window enjoys full, panoramic views of the cricket ground and the front windows enjoy a sea view through the gap!
We are available by phone, email, and chat, and we're conveniently nearby if you need assistance at the apartment.
North Marine Villa is situated on North Marine Road, just half a mile from Scarborough's town centre. If you cross over the road directly opposite the front door you can walk to the most amazing views of North Bay in just a few steps and the golden sands of North Bay Beach are just a ten minute stroll away. Turning left out of the building will lead you to some of Scarborough's top attractions: the stunning Peasholm Park and its boating lake, Alpamare swimming pool, the Open Air Theatre. Cricket enthusiasts will be delighted to know that your apartment is just a short stroll away from the cricket ground.

The Apartments at North Marine Villa have been carefully designed as modern, fully equipped and luxurious living spaces. The main living area has a dining table and 4 seats. Or you can also relax on the deep sofa in the living area, in front of the smart, flat screen TV. The kitchen/living and dining area is a contemporary open-plan space where everyone can enjoy social time together. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine for coffee lovers. The table or coffee table can also be used as a workstation. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and hosts a king-size bed with an orthopaedic mattress and fresh white linen. We also provide large fluffy towels. The second bedroom, hosts cosy twin beds for adults or children. The bedrooms include hanging space, a dressing table and a full-length dress mirror. The bathroom has a large, powerful rainfall shower. There is also modern sink unit, with a halo mirror.
North Marine Villa can be accessed by train, car or bus. Scarborough train station is half a mile away, 15 minute walk or a 5 minutes in a taxi.
On street parking is available. Parking permits are provided for the first vehicle, if you are coming with a second vehicle extra parking permits can be purchased. Please order in advance.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Please bring your own sheet.
This is a pet friendly apartment. A maximum of one small to medium-sized well-behaved pets are welcome, pet fees will be applied per pet.
Respecting Other Guests: North Marine Villa is a building with four flats, and you share a communal garden with the other guests staying here. Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, particularly after 10pm and when using the communal garden.
Parties and events are not permitted.
A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It includes check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed apartment manual, restaurant recommendations, and much more!

Lovely place and location
This appartment was exactly as described clean fully equipped handy for everything we wanted, and very comfy management to cleaning team so helpful, parking great we were opposite appartment and behind is the cricket ground so lovely to look out over outside area to sit out if required was lit in the evenings highly reccomend thankyou Xx A

We came to refer to this place as the Ritz: it is a beautiful apartment - clean, very well decorated, furnished and equipped and many touches of luxury. But more than that, is the outstanding responses, communication and customer service from Louise and Nenita - big companies spend a fortune on trying to get this right and promoting it when they do, but you have it nailed!
