El alojamiento en sí consta de un hall de entrada comunitario con escaleras que conducen al rellano del primer piso. El hall de entrada privado tiene más escaleras internas que conducen al segundo piso. El apartamento cuenta con una cocina / salón / comedor de desayuno moderno de planta abierta con ventanal al frente con impresionantes vistas. En el segundo piso hay dos habitaciones, cada una de ellas con fantásticas vistas. El dormitorio principal se beneficia de un moderno cuarto de baño con ducha, además hay un baño familiar adicional.

Perfectamente situado en el ajetreado frente al mar (pero en el extremo más tranquilo) cerca de una serie de atracciones y una amplia selección de opciones para comer.

El apartamento ha sido terminado con buen gusto con un alto estándar con accesorios de calidad y accesorios que incluyen una cocina recién equipada con electrodomésticos integrados, cuartos de baño / ducha modernos, sistema de calefacción por radiador eléctrico húmedo recién instalado y ventanas de doble acristalamiento de repuesto. La propiedad también se ha terminado con un acabado neutro moderno y se siente en todas partes.

Lovely spacious apartment ,with a great view.

We loved staying here ,well equipped and a great view over the harbor .Very clean and in a great location. Hopefully be back in the future .

The property was in an excellent location, with a beautiful view. Everything was exactly as pictured. Very clean and tidy space. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Apartment

This was our first visit to Scarborough and so wanted to be near all the local amenities & attractions which I'm very happy to say the apartment was. We were blown away by the incredible view, space, cleanliness and set up of the apartment and couldn't have asked for more. Communication was great and the help offered by the care taker on our arrival on a Sunday afternoon was above and beyond. We will definitely be back and can't recommend this apartment enough.

Loved it!

Absolutely spotlessly clean, had everything you needed, and more. The dishwasher was a bonus. Perfect location, we loved it and will definitely book again. The only drawback is the parking, but this isnt anything to do with the vendor. Its all uphill but the nearby paid parking isnt that expensive so we did that halfway through the week. Perfect Family Holiday

We stayed in Quay View Apart One. We liked the security gate at the entrance thus ensuring only people who are staying there have access. There is parking up the road - which is free from 18:00 to 09:00. The apartment itself is simply beautiful. It was spotlessly clean. A nice touch was the loaf, butter and fresh milk left on arrival. We can’t think of anything we have at home where we would have said: “Oh! We wish Quay View had that.” The apartment looks out on to Sandside with fantastic views looking left towards the roundabout to North Bay and right to South Bay. A previous reviewer mentioned the sounds in the road below but this is part of what makes Scarborough the place it is. In any case, this all disappears in the evening and we didn’t notice it after the second day. We really enjoyed staying at this Apartment. The kitchen is fabulous, as is the living area. We ate out but if you wanted, you could cook a meal. The bedrooms are lovely, the main having an en suite bathroom. We slept undisturbed for the duration of our stay. Mark was very helpful. Thank you. We are already planning our next visit. We would recommend Quay View very highly. A real home-from-home. John, Sara & Mary, Liverpool

Luxury property in the heart of Scarborough

This is a marvellous apartment which the listing doesn't quite do justice to. It is 1 of 2 apartments sharing an entrance door. There are fairly steep stairs up to the 1st floor, where both apartments have their own doors. If you have mobility problems, I doubt this would be a suitable property. The apartment is over 2 floors. The lower contains an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen is high quality and well stocked. We were left some milk and bread, a nice touch. The breakfast bar and dining table are large, the sofa comfortable (tho ideal for 3 rather than 4) and there is a fairly modern TV with streaming apps. There are exceptional views onto the harbour, making you feel a part of the Scarborough atmosphere. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite. The bathrooms are fitted to a high standard. The main bedroom is beautiful, very relaxing. There is plenty of space for clothes in drawers and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a double bed, so perhaps not ideal if you have 2 older children. The 2nd bedroom has some low beams and is a little difficult to move around in. Both rooms have modern TVs in them. The window for the 2nd bedroom is small but has a nice view of the harbour. There are larger windows on 2 walls of the main bedroom, giving exceptional views. All rooms have v high ceilings, giving a feel of space and relaxation, in contrast to another nearby flat I have stayed in. As well as the high standard of decor and fittings, the main selling point is the stunning location. It is at the far end of the main drag of the south bay, just before the fairground rides and the walk to the north bay. It means all of the south bay attractions are a short stroll away, up to and including the ferris wheel. The castle is easy to access. It is a 10-15 minute walk into town, if you wish to go to the shops or restaurants. This location inevitably leads to the main 'drawback' of the apartment. The entrance is at the back of the 'block' which faces onto the main drag. It is easy to access by car but there is no parking and the suggested stopping space was in use throughout our stay. It meant that when unloading or loading our belongings the car was blocking the path of other vehicles. Fortunately, the road seems to only be used by residents. Free parking is a bonus but is a good 15min walk uphill. We found the walk a nice start to each day but if you find it too much you will need to use the nearby paid parking.

Scarborough Harbour

Apartment directly overlooked the harbour. It was spacious and very well equipped. The booking and check in process was very efficient with excellent directions. It was a perfect home away from home with added touch of a bottle of wine as a welcome. Would definitely recommend and will book again with Paul. Thank you for a lovely week

Perfect location

Great family holiday, ideal location and lovely property. My only gripe was the free parking situation. Mark the housekeeper (great guy!) blocks the space so that others don't take it. It should be made clear to call him to move his car before you arrive. I was left frustrated when I couldn't use the space!

Excellent accommodation

Quay View Apartment 1 is a beautifully presented property with plenty of space and of a very high spec. The views are beautiful across the harbour to the headland, with Scarborough Castle just behind it. Our only criticism was the noise, we were not aware quite how many commercial businesses were on the doorstep. Partly our fault for lack of research! We used the car parking space once but it was too far away from the property to use every day. One of our party had a slight mobility problem and would not have been able to access the car had she been alone. However, these observations did not spoil our few days break.

A gem of a property in Scarborough.

Excellent location with fantastic views over the harbour and sea. Really well appointed property with modern appliances and WiFi. Very relaxing and quiet which was a surprise being set in such a busy location. A perfect base to use for all the great things to do in and around Scarborough. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends and family. We had a great holiday.
