The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a snug, a study, an external games room, and a first-floor sitting room, and the bedrooms consist of a twin, a double, a king-size, and a king-size with balcony and en-suite, along with three further shower rooms. Appliances include a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller and coffee machine, and for entertainment, two Smart TVs, surround sound, PlayStation, and a selection of games. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn with patio, furniture, and hot tub, and a private driveway for five cars. Two well-behaved dog welcomed (£15.00 per pet, per night) but sorry, no smoking.
